We had an excellent experience buying a car from Long-Lewis Volkswagen of the Shoals. Victor Reid greeted us as soon as we arrived on the lot and immediately got to work helping us find our daughter’s first car. Every single employee we met smiled, greeted us and asked us if we needed help with anything. JD and Drew were great at helping us with the financing documents and Melissa Henson, one of the managers, greeted us before we left with our new vehicle. Good customer service is hard to find but this dealership has set the bar high and I would highly recommend them!

My brand new Tiguan had an oil leak and I was unable to get in to the Huntsville VW (where I originally purchased my car) for a whole month. I was nervous about the leak and spoke with Danya, she got me in for service within 3 days!! She showed compassion and was very communicative throughout the whole process.
