I don't remember the ladies name that helped me but she was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient and just did a stellar job at getting me exactly what i needed.

The staff here was so so helpful! The gentleman that assisted me was knowledgeable and encouraging. He provided the tool I needed and took the time to make sure I knew how to use it. I left feeling confident in my ability to fix my car, and now it runs great! I’m a convert, O’Reilly for life. 10/10

You know I use to hate o eillys but I got to admit they are the best parts store right now. They have come up and the others have crumbled. I've been twice this week both times I received good customer service and the correct parts the first time...smh AutoZone you should be ashamed of yourself!

I told Oona the wrong parts I needed. When I came back she gladly got me the correct parts. She was great even though she was staffing the store, what seemed to be alone. Thank you!

My car battery died. O'Reilly's was my third stop. I wish I had gone there first. The young man was so professional. He told me the price of a battery for my car and asked me to pull my car to the front of the store. I think we were in and out in 10 mins. Excellent service.

I needed a sort of old school testing tool that they not only had, I was able to “borrow” it for free. The other competitor stores didn’t have it. Also went to an O’Reilly first for a car battery and it was fast and easy. Will be using them more often.

Best thing about O'Reilly Auto parts is that if you need to borrow the tool and use it in the parking lot they'll let you.

I went in later in the evening very close to closing time, and the staff (Angel) was extremely helpful and kind, gave excellent recommendations, and replaced a new battery that I provided for free. Will continue to do my auto parts shopping there, and strongly recommend this location and staff!

Lady & gentleman were extremely helpful. She told me where to go enjoy the Birmingham wine train. Cool!

Absolutely fantastic service. Like many others, my car battery died in the cold weather. Not only was the battery reasonably priced, but the person who helped me was supremely helpful. I could tell their shift was over and they were about to leave, but Angel dropped his bag and keys to help me out. Not only was he incredibly nice, he was very prompt and knowledgeable when replacing the battery. Will definitely come here for any of my auto needs in the future.

Service was awesome...the guy Armard I think was his name , black guy wears glasses he was the best. I hope management knows they have a 5 star employee working there. I recommend this place to any one needing auto parts or just knowledge about those parts. Thanks O'Reilly

Fast & great service

Everyone there is super helpful. Just bought a battery for my car. They installed it for free and didn't hate me because my battery was awful to remove. I always go to this location because they are so nice.

The person who helped me with a warranty issue in my batteries was super helpful. He worked hard to find my original purchase at a store in a totally different city and warrantied both batteries and got me on my way.

Great customer service when I need a part they are always helpful and if they don't have it they point me in the right direction

Came in to have rotors turned on 1-9-21 the service was wonderful the employees meet my needs with my purchases plus my rotors look great 2 thumbs up to that morning crew will do business again with this store thanks again
