I took a friend of mine for a doctor's visit. He was there for quite a while but was with the doctor the whole time. So they must be very attentive and take all the time each patient needs, not just rush you in and out again, and that is a wonderful thing, especially nowadays!

Saw a physician quickly. Only waited 10 minutes. Waited less than 15 minutes in the room for the doctor. It was all really quick. Everyone was nice and helpful! I’ve found a great doctor. No more “Doc in a Box” trips for me now!

Christ health center has been my primary care provider for several years now. I've always felt like I'm in good hands and I know that everyone there actually cares about me. This is the only place in the Birmingham Metro area that you want to go to, especially if you are limited financially.

Spent my worst day as a parent at this place, with my very sick 17 month old. I had a panic attack in the exam room, and the nurse helped me through it. She said all the right things. They allowed us as much time as my daughter needed, to become as comfortable as possible before doing anything to her. They never once made me question myself or my decisions. The nurse told me “It’s okay mama. We are going to get your daughter better.” & That’s just what they did today. I will never forget this day, not just because of the trauma my child & I experienced, but because of the beautiful way I was treated by the doctor and nurses here. How you treat people on their worst days becomes etched in their minds forever. Thank you.

They are great and make you feel so special

Excellent fast service, Amelia Morton, NP , very caring and knowledgeable, willing to spend all the needed time to answer questions, EVERYTHING IS FIRST CLASS !! I have excellent BC/BS Ins and can go most anywhere, Definitely the most satisfying medical experience I've ever had, this from a 28 yr experienced RN, Thank You for all Y'all do !!

My new primary care doctor ..They are so sweet here

It can be difficult to get through from both ends. But I am still thankful. I want to trust and they are not so bad. It is a helpful place overall even if I am an unusual person. They do try even if it is hard to understand me. I can understand when they have not seen a case like mine. It is difficult for anyone anywhere in a city one did not grow up in. I would recommend this for anyone who needs health care and can not get it anywhere else. I can not navigate "Obama Care" through computers and phone due to the complex application process and my conditions of dyslexia and tourettes syndrome. People genuinely think I am lazy or don't want to. That is not even close to the truth. These doctors have not treated me like that. They are pretty good doctors and people.

I think it's the best clinic in Birmingham and the whole state. Their service is beyond outstanding. Having access to after hours nurse for emergencies and additional types of doctors is a real life saver. They're easy to work with. The in clinic traffic is fast compared to traditional clinics. I find it worth the money.

Christ Health has been a life changer for me. Everyone is nice and super helpful. They charge on a sliding scale and if you need help with prescriptions they help you get on a discount program. I continue to go here even though I now have health insurance.

Very single employee actes as profesional

I just moved to birmingham recently and have gone 5 years without visiting a doctor because I simply could not afford health insurance. Every other place I tried either didn’t care to help me through their process or didn’t allow walk-ins and the soonest appointment was a month out or more (which doesn’t help when you’re needing to be seen ASAP). I was hesitant and doubtful and feeling terrible health wise and a friend recommended this place to me. I called this morning because it was the only day that I could take off and Ashley helped me over the phone by explaining the income based procedure. She took my information down and gave me a rough estimate of what I’d pay once I brought in my check stubs. She couldn’t schedule me an appointment until July but she encouraged me to get to the clinic as early as possible to have an opportunity to be seen with no guarantees. This was more than anyone has done for me in a long time! I drove over within the hour and the entire process was EFFORTLESS. I expected to be waiting hours in the waiting room, especially because of COVID testing and the fact that I didn’t have an appointment. When I tell you these people not only treated me with kindness and efficiency, I saw them treat EVERY patient with the same love and patience and put their needs at the top of their list. I wasn’t even sitting in the waiting room longer than 15 min before they called for me. Granted, it was a Friday morning and I’m sure the waiting room tends to be busier at the beginning of the week. But, all this to say I had a PHENOMENAL experience here. The nurse was incredible, and to top off the entire experience, she prayed with me and for me at the end of our appointment. I have never felt more peace leaving a doctors office as I did today. Thank you to every worker at this facility. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed!

Cory and everyone are absolutely the best. And the healthcare is awesome also.

When I go in for my appointment. There is always someone with a smile and when your personal person comes in, she will treat you like you were her first visit. I truly love this place!

Dr. Cope has been my children's pediatrician for a few years now and she is wonderful.
