I have eaten here all my live! Food is absolutely amazing! Best place to ever go to! If y’all haven’t tried it go try it out!!!!!

We have been going there for years and they are always the same when using take out. We have only ate in, maybe once or twice but it is always good, hot fleshly cooked.

Food was great, we ordered take out and front counter lady was very sweet

They have wonderful food it is my favorite place to go get Chinese food

First time trying China 1, I was out in Fultondale. Ordered a Moo Goo Gai Pan lunch special, steamed dumplings and fried scallops. They were all good. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely be going there again.

Love this place! I've been coming here for years to get their dumplings(fried and steamed) and egg drop soup. Check em out if you want some affordable Chinese take out with a couple of fortune cookies and the cool rice boxes. They also are on UberEats if you'd prefer it delivered. Tasty good food; not the best but it isn't bad either!

Good food fast and friendly service

They were crazy busy I did pick up great food at a great price way more than you can eat enough for 2 people. Sesame chicken normally isn't spicy but there's is it's great!

Giving them 5 stars. I'm a patron who has been to this restaurant hundreds of times over the last 17yrs. The husband and wife who own it have been there since they opened. I have never had a bad experience. Their General Tso's is the best, great food, good prices don't pass them up.

Judging on the outside of the business, the food doesn’t look very good. Thank God for not judging a book by its cover!! The food is AMAZING! Prices are great and so is the menu! Large selection of food. Food came out really fast and all the workers were so nice. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone that likes Chinese food. :)

Family owned extremely friendly. It's not just Mom and Pop it's a great place with tasty food. Try the Crab Ragoon it's delightful. Last time I went one of the younger ones waited on is. Saying he was Intelligent, doesn't do him any justice. The wife and myself will be back. Thanks China 1 for the great experience.

Had beef and pepper, along with a portion of white rice. Very good and not too salty. Would return next time I'm in the area no question asked. Inexpensive and way healthier than fast food. 5 stars for the quality to price ratio.

This place is everything you want in casual Chinese takeout fast easy cheap delicious. General Tso chicken is a personal favorite. Call it in and pick it up. There is no reason to sit inside (not a bad thing).

This is my go to local Chinese food place. They are fast and efficient. I enjoy calling ahead for my Mongolian Beef. Even if I'm only 10 minutes away it's ready to go when i get there. Pleasant staff. They speak limited understandable English so be patient.

I have eaten here twice and both times were very very good. It reminds me of the Chinese restaurants from up north. The people here are also very nice. I will be eating here very often. The lunch specials are $6 and some change.

The food is hot and fresh and is cooked with speed and much care. The orders are always right. I can vogue for China 1 for the many countless years I have ate there and ordered there. I would recommend...

I have been eating here for over 25 years. Some of the best Chinese food in Birmingham area. Very well kept secret. Very fast service and really good house mustard.

Finally got around to trying China 1 in Fultondale, AL, and boy I'm glad I did! The lady is very friendly, and the Shrimp & Broccoli was outstanding! Can hardly wait to go back!

To me as good as you will get as far as Chinese food. Bring your appetite as the portions as HUGE. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.
