Dunkin'

I have had a total of 5 bad experiences at this location but I won’t go into detail. I’m giving them a 5 star though because I had another bad experience today of them forgetting about me at the second window HOWEVER a man came and apologized and was HONEST about it and he just had the most pleasant smile and offered a free donut. I just thought that was so refreshing that he would do that and was honest instead of just ignoring the fact I was left at that second window. I didn’t catch his name but he was an older gentleman. I hope he’s there for a while! I know it’s hard working with the public in today’s world because I also do. They need someone like him! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Got 2 large iced caramel lattes. They had no one else there. They were nice, and quick. The coffees were perfect.

What kind of day is it Florence AL? It is Dunkin Time. Wonderful donuts and great service. Glad to see them open. Now us the time to visit when there are 2 managers for each customer. The Americano coffee is hot!

I’ve been coming here since they opened, and the past few weeks i’ve been waiting 10-15 minutes for my order, but they are definitely improving.. I had quite a bit food and a drink and I was in and out of the drive thru in less then 5 minutes. The workers were all very polite and friendly as well!

Love dunkin! Have been inside the store twice and both were great experiences. Glad Florence finally has one

Lemme tell ya !!!! THEY WAS DOING THEIR JOBS IN THERE !!! The lady at the window was so friendly! And the food was so hot and fresh ! 10/10 !!! The coffee was perfect!

I stopped in at 7:30am on February 11, 2022, the young lady that served me was Kenzie, she was excellent. Because of her I will be a regular customer. Thank you for hiring nice people
