Living in Huntsville it was refreshing to be able to speak with the real tech doing the work instead of some bobble head employee that does not know his butt from a hole in the ground. This experience had me going back to ORC for a gear change even though they’re 100 miles away. For me, the high level of customer service, quality of work and level of knowledge will keep me going back.

The owner Keith is a stand up man he has been in the industry for 30 years now that I know of. He has always been fair on his pricing he does excellent work, very knowledgeable about all types of vehicles especially Jeeps. Keith has great people that work for him and he oversees the jobs that are done at his shop.

This place does very professional work fixed my 2017 f250 front and rear differentials that another shop messed up. job was done perfect and very fast. Would recommend it to anyone.

No frills, no non-sense, just the real deal. I have used them for axle swaps, welding shock brackets back on, lifts, front ends, SYE kits, and have several friends use them for transfer case work and entire diff rebuilds. They have done a couple of Jeeps for me and even an '07 Chevy Tahoe. Keith and his crew know what they are doing. They are not only the "guys working on my stuff" they are off road enthusiasts too. This gives them an advantage in understanding how everything is supposed to work in practical application (not just for looks)and how one component change affects another. This is invaluable knowledge when modifying your rig or off road vehicle.

Due to the volume of work they have, it is always best to visit in person. Yet at the same time, despite having so much work, they are also surprisingly fast at turning jobs around. You aren't left having to make an appointment 30 days out, or having to wait for weeks while they outsource work down the road, to get your rig back. Everything they have done for me has been great, and I personally recommend them based on my own experiences using them. Great shop!

Great team of guys (and a gal). Always willing to lend a helping hand even before you drop any money. Keith and his team are a real pleasure to deal with. I'd highly recommend them for anything from the simple jobs to the higher end fabrication work.

Well it was time again to replace my tires and get some with tread on them, So I called around, and even shopped online and found out for the price Off Road Connection was the best for the money. Bought 5 Open Country A/T Toyo Tires for only 159 each, that was an amazing deal coming with everything that deals with swapping them out.

I highly recommend calling and visiting them for any needs or questions you may have for your off road vehicle! Down home feel with good old fashion professionalism!
