In retrospect of my first post, noted below in quotes” and first giving one star due to the renting options, only being able to rent one at a time and not multiple before checking out. In addition to not being able to access account once completed, my option and rating has now changed due to my wonderful coordinator, Lee Ellen.

Ms. Lee Ellen was able to correct all issues with my sign up and account access immediately. Not only that we were in constant communication the whole time I Traveled to obtain the items that needed to go in storage immediately. And if anybody was worrying about the virtual management and not having a rep on site, you can read yourself of those thoughts. I found the virtual management is extremely better Fan having to walk around and find a rep or manager that already helping three other people and having to wait 30 minutes. With Lee Ellen, questions, answers, unlocking doors and holding my section door open while moving items into the storage unit was a breeze. Again handled with the upmost kindness, caring and professionalism that you just do not run across these days. I’m grateful for the use of the facilities and helpful staff Of StoreEase, My rating and opinion has completely changed to a five star program!

“Don’t know yet. Just signed up and still can’t access my account. Should have options to rent multiple units on start up. Not sign up, rent or reserve and not have access to account. So, for that and will hopefully change, 1 Star.”

Greg was super helpful and quick - plus ALL virtual at the facility! Hi-tech facility plus less expensive than any other climate controlled storage facility in my area. Highly recommend!

Easy process to sign up and get access. Clean, secure, climate controlled facility. Seems like a nice place. Greg was instantly available for support at the Kiosk.

Anna made the experience extremely easy. I am not a fan of apps but she walked me through step by step and I feel confident using the app. It is really nice not having to deal with keys and gates.

Peyton and Greg were so helpful in getting me set up with my storage unit.
Everything from setting up my account and accessing my unit !

The building is nice and clean. I like not having to provide my own lock. So far so good!!

Went in to get a storage unit and it was the easiest process with technology. Cleo was super awesome to work with and had the most pleasant attitude. He allowed me to ask a million questions and he answered them all with a smile. Thank you Cleo for providing 5 star service and making us feel right at home. Setting up my account was very easy with the help of Greg Anderson. He was very nice and knowledgeable on how to access my storage unit. The virtual manager is a great setup as well very unique.

I had the privilege to work with Greg on securing a climate controlled storage facility with store ease and the interaction was excellent. He made the process simple and seamless. Fantastic place to store all my goods. It’s the best storage facility this side of the mason Dixon line. One day I was looking towards the meridian and saw this outfit, and I knew I had to store all my items there. So I immediately cancelled my coolbox storage contract and skedaddled over here. Best storage facility I’ve ever experienced. The process is extremely easy and only takes about 2 minutes. I felt that the security was above and beyond and the buildings are extremely well maintained and clean.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a good storage unit.
