Food was all fresh, cooked and seasoned to perfection; and everything tasted great, including ice cream! You couldn't ask for a friendlier or more accomodating service! Thank you for stellar customer care! If I could give you 10 stars, I would! Cleanest fast food restaurant that I have seen in all of Florence! The tables and booths were kept clean! Floors shined!

Excellent service, i asked for a milkshake made my own way and they obliged. The lady working the window was very helpful and very friendly. The food was delicious!!

The crew working May 9th 2023 helped me with a situation where I thought the price of a meal was different than what was totaled at the window and I couldn’t afford it. They were so friendly and nice about refunding me and helping me out I think they deserve some credit for how they handled that situation. I was embarrassed and they made it okay!

I heard people asking where they thought the best burger in town was. I know now that it's at dairy Queen. They had the best burger and fries made by Joey Wells. It was so good wanted another! I'll definitely be returning.

After having dinner we decided on some DQ dessert 🍨.I got the hott fudge sundae. The soft serve ice cream is the bomb 💣 along with the hott fudge! Going to make it a weekend thing...The dining room was very clean.The staff was polite, the service fast...

Nicest staff ever!! Our order was taken almost immediately and the gentleman working in the back offered to wait on making our kids ice cream until after we had ate. Simple thing, but so considerate!

Sunday afternoon at Diary Queen was sweet! We went through drive-thru and ordered a $6 dollar chicken fingers with fries ,drink and a hot fudge sundae. Drive-thru service was great repeated the ordered back to us and it was correct. The cashier who greeted us was very nice and thanked us. Florence, Al Diary Queen you got it going good. Thank you.

I've never once had an issue with this DQ where others never have the Julius available either because of a broken machine or cleaning or they refuse to charge extra for me to replace the meal drink like this one. They're always clean and the food typically is hot and my order has never been messed up. They're sometimes a little slow, but I'd rather wait a few extra minutes at this one than visit any of the others in my area.

Finally! A server who fills up your cup (physically and emotionally). When we received our cuperfections (which I stopped purchasing because they were nothing like the pic), my daughter looked at me and said "she made that like she was making it for herself!" I was thinking the same thing and finished her sentence! Finally someone cared enough swirl in the fudge on the sides of the cup before the ice cream (filled to the top), place a perfectly warm round brownie at the rim, and drizzle on more fudge - YASSSS!!!! Thank you so much! Now I'll stop telling my kids "we can make it home for cheaper and even add more toppings" NOW it's worth the price and we felt the LOVE. Great experience!

A bit slow today but beyond AWESOME!! Great people providing fantastic service!! It is hard to beat the combos which include ice cream!! Perfect amount of food... just enough so you don't feel guilty!!

Great shakes. Slow as a snail needs new people working there that cares we didn't even get napkins or spoons for our desert and the drive tru was broken down

A fun place to eat. The pictures and information on the walls make great reading/viewing. The most important thing is the food and that is every thing you have done to expect from Dairy Queen. Fast, friendly, and clean.

Sweet young lady helped me and my wife cool down with some ice cream after a long days motorcycle ride.
