Comfort Suites Fultondale I-65 near I-22

The hotel itself was clean inside and out the staff was superb I mean there was a few issues but nothing that would inconvenience me or make me not want to visit again

We truly enjoyed our stay. Only have booked sight unseen, other that ads, we were pleasantly surprised by our accomodations. The room was clean, fresh smelling, well furnished. Only short part was the temperature of our shower water... lukewarm 🥴. But upon our departure we had breakfast offered by the hotel....we rated it an awesome "10". We plan to rebook in the near future.

Morgan & Madison were very friendly and helpful. They took care of our hotel reservations for our guest speaker for our church revival tonight. We appreciate you more than you know. God bless you

I can't say enough about this motel, clean, and wonderful people. Desk clerks are the best and so is the AGM.

Do get this place confused with the one across the street your GPS takes you to. They have a good breakfast with delicious biscuits, Kelly cooks, a fitness center well worth visiting, and a swimming pool , I can't wait to get in.

Madison, Morgan and Jesse are the most sweetest and professional people I have ever met working at a hotel. They all were very knowledgeable of there job. I would gladly stay and recommend this place to anyone. I would like to say a big Thank you for all there help.

We love staying here. We have several medical appointments in Birmingham and it is the ideal location to stay at. Lots of restaurants and easy access to I-65.

The room smelled like mold needed to be refreshed . The swimming pool wasn't open close for repairs

The room was very clean. Came with extra filters to change for cleaner air. Breakfast was cold Some fixtures were loose in the bathroom which could cause harm if a person put to much weight on it

Perfect place to stop on the way to Florida. Conveniently located just off the highway with lots of options for supplies and snacks. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the indoor pool wasn't warm enough for my kids but I won't hold it against them.

Seriously my home away from home, i’ve never felt so welcomed and like family any where else like I do here! They’re heaven sent, when you feel lost and like life is kicking you in the butt, not only do they provide outstanding customer service, but they show you they care and give you hope when you feel like you have no more hope left. This hotel is the ONLY hotel I will ever stay at and recommend to everyone because when you stay here you’re more than just a customer, you’re FAMILY and you’re treated as Family! They go above and beyond for their customers and you will never want to stay at any other hotel once you stay here. They listen and They do Care about their customers! Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean, big & updated. Rooms have small fridge & microwaves in them. Got breakfast in am was good. The staff is very nice, especially the night clerk. The bed was a little too hard for my liking but they still deserve the 5 🌟rating. Just cause I think the bed is to hard someone else may like that

I love love love this hotel. This was my second visit my first visit a couple of years ago was a little bumpy
( renovations were going on)this visit was wonderful. Staff was courteous (Triva) forgive me if this is not her name she worked evenings. Very Nice/professional . Had a maintenance issue it was taken care of quickly and efficiently.My interaction with Housekeeping was great. They got me what i needed immediately.
I definitely will come back when i visit my son who attends Miles College. Thank you for everything

My husband is a truck driver and our truck broke down November 11. The dealership recommended this facility. Thank goodness the did. Very attentive staff. Cassandra always keeping the breakfast full and very attentive. All of the staff were VERY friendly.
I highly recommend this facility. Located in a great area with many eating establishments. Also the shopping center within walking distance.

Very nice smooth check in. The lady at the front desk was so understanding and sweet, a really great listener. The room was really nice, bathroom clean. Lots of food choices within walking distance of the property. Hot breakfast in the morning. Reasonable price. Great choice.

Little concerned about staying from all the complaints, but I didn't see it. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. My wife and I were in room 219 if I had to find a complaint there was a light burnt out in the bathroom and the bed was a little soft for my liking but my wife loved it. The internet was great a very fast, best I've ever experienced. The breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about, still a great place to stay.

Excellent hotel. Comfortable beds, great breakfast. Room service is outstanding. I stayed for a week. They had my room spotless everyday even though I hardly even did any damage to it other then sleeping at night. Vicinity to plenty restaurants in walking distance another great plus
