First time at this Sephora, got my makeup done for a formal dance by Julie. She was very sweet, she personally was amazing altogether, she did my makeup flawless with the color of my dress, got so many compliments, and I would love her to do my makeup again. Super patient and really knows what she’s doing!

This Sephora location is HUGE! They have pretty much everything you’re looking for! All the employees were very friendly. They accept contactless payments like ApplePay. Definitely recommend!

Come see Licensed Esthetician Lauren! I was just casually sliding through to grab my Fenty Skin Set, and she started telling me why it has all the right ingredients. By the time I left, we had discussed right and wrong ingredients for all my skin problems and she whipped up a free sample. It was like a visit to the dermatologist! She’s a gem, and she knows her stuff! Thanks Lauren!

The lady decked out in Christmas today at 8pm by the door was super was super nice and knowledgeable!

I stopped by on a busy day a week before Christmas. I was immediately approached by an associate, Taylor, who offered assistance. Within few minutes, she helped me find exactly what I needed. The checkout line was a bit long, but moved surprisingly fast. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. It was honestly the best shopping experience of the season.

I’m sure everyone can attest to how COVID has changed the customer experience. A lot of times that experience is for the worst, but today was pleasantly different. Mary Beth is a gem and I am thankful for her help. I had an expensive item that I had bought in the summer, of which it was out of the window for return, to simply quit working. She helped me reach an awesome resolution and I will certainly be a repeat customer here because of service like hers.

Just wanted to leave a pleasant review. I had an event tonight and NO stores in Bham had the foundation I needed in my color. They had one left and it made my day. It seems small but I don’t know anything about makeup so for them to have my tried and true was everything.

Sammy helped me, and she is the sweetest person ever! I’m about to travel abroad and needed a solution for my dark circles. She helped me find the best color corrector + concealer, and I’ve never been as confident as today knowing I have the right color for my skin complexion.

Definitely depended on the makeup artists here for a last minute appointment! Had booked an appointment that morning and it got double booked so they moved things around and made room for me and had an amazing experience here! I don’t wear makeup but had a photo shoot I was going to and had to get it done! I can’t wait for the next time I can go just for a girls day out and get the full experience as I was constricted with time, last time! Pleasant and super friendly staff!!! REFRESHING

My first time visiting this Sephora and it was really GREAT. The store was clean. The product selection was huge. The customer service was A++. The store was super busy and yet several employees stopped to ask if we needed help or had any questions about the products. They even had an esthetician there who helped my daughter decide on the best face wash for her skin. It was a refreshing change from the Ulta I had just left. Thank you to all of the employees for your awesome customer service and making your customers feel more than welcomed!! I will without a doubt be back :)

This place was wonderful for the multi generational group I took with me to shop. Each employee was knowledge about skin type and price points. We will be back.

I went in to get a new skincare routine started and Madison was so helpful! I got what she recommended for my skin and am LOVING all the products! Even with being super busy everyone made sure customers were having a GREAT experience

I had such a nice experience shopping for makeup today. Greeted as soon as I walked in by several of the ladies working. Elizabeth was super helpful and matched me to a natural concealer and gave me great recommendations for a blush and lip kit that suit my skin tone.

Today I was greeted by Faith who listened to my needs and showed me exactly what products would solve my issues! She demonstrated how to properly apply and was so sweet and knowledgeable! I tried to complete a survey but my receipt didn’t have one. Faith deserves 10/10 scores! Thanks for the great customer service 👌🏼

Cheryl at the summit Sephora is an angel! She helped color match me after a spray tan for a wedding. She was so kind and knowledgeable and provided step by step instructions on how to incorporate the new products into my routine. Highly recommend!!!

My all time favorite one stop shop for my makeup, skincare and fragrance needs. Tons and tons (did I mention tons) of low end to high end beauty brands. This location is always clean and organized very well. The staff are always so friendly and eager to help with your beauty needs. I also find that this store usually has whatever I need in stock. It's also nice knowing that if something is out of stock, in store, they can order it and ship it to you for free.

The employees are so helpful. I think it was McKenzie in particular that helped me. Pretty Girl with the blue hair tips. She helped me pick out the perfect foundation and concealer. She was super patient with me and sweet too! Thanks girl

The experience @ the Summit location is 5 Stars ⭐ Manger Rebecca & make up Artist Cledna has been a true Pleasure! Being in the Industry before, it’s a Rare to have such kindness & knowledgeable employees. Today every single person was so Friendly. Asked directions , Cheryl was so sweet. Can’t say enough good things about this location.
