We are a new company and have a odd ball attachment we needed to use with a mini ex. They spent all morning formulating a plan to fabricate a bracket to make it work. I will never use anyone else for equipment rental these guys are top notch!

The lady I would consider the receptionist when you first walk in never even acknowledged us. I used the women's restroom while there. It was clean, but there was a kind of rude sign in the stall about changing the toilet paper. We were picking up parts and the parts department was wonderful. They greeted us, help carry parts to the car, said hi to our little one. If not for them we would not do business there again.

Apparently my first thing in the morning is not there first thing in the morning I really just wish a company would just be honest I can’t stand the run around BS

Called this place 4 times over the course of a few weeks trying to rent a machine. Cody was extremely unhelpful. Just kept saying “let me give you a call back” every time i tried to rent a machine. Guess what? Never received a call back. I understand that the specific machine i needed wasn’t available at the time. But it was clear from the first call that he never intended to call me back. Dont rent from this place. Choose somewhere else.

Cowin is a poor excuse for a company to buy Equipment from.
We bought a excavator and within a week it was having problems Which that was not their fault but Since it was under warranty we called them to fix the problem. They came out and worked on it, it did not fix the problem. They had to come back out and work on it again.
They charged us 1579.06. Then charge an additional 921.51 travel time.
We have been fighting them for a year to take this off our account. They said they would take it off over and over again. They have lied time and time again, giving differnt excuses because They will not take off the charges. Meanwhile, Within 4 months, the arm broke and the wanted to charge us over 4000.00 to fix it. They said Tackeuchi would not pay the repairs. We had to contact Takeuchi to get that taken off our bill Which Takeuchi did(they did the right thing). However, Cowin still has not removed the charges. The sales person hasn't even tried to help us, neither has the manager. Cowin is not a company you want to buy from because they lie and will not do what is right. I will never Buy anything from them again.
