Where do I start? It’s always a pleasure working with John and his amazing team of extremely knowledgeable, helpful and communicative professionals! Being in the industry myself, communication is a huge deal to me.

Our first home was purchased with John Lynch Home Team in March 2020 and it was probably the most seamless process my husband and I could have asked for, especially considering the pandemic and the bidding wars we ran into with a few other listings. Despite those challenges, our agent at the time, John, and his team were resilient and got us to the finish line with ease!

Fast forward to today, we are officially closed on the sale of that home! This time, a little more challenges sprinkled in the mix with factors outside of our control and the joys of city requirements and waiting, but again, the John Lynch Home Team has been proven THE BEST OF THE BEST.

John and Tracy are more than just realtors. They go above and beyond throughout the whole process and even after. I called them to try to figure out what options I had as I had recently moved in with my parents and the space was too small. They took the extra time to help me go over options and made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Once we figured out the best option, they helped me get my current home ready to sell so that I could purchase a bigger home for my parents and I. They helped me look at so many homes and try to figure out what layout and location would work best. They listed my current home and it was sold within a week. Listed and Sold !!!!…John , Tracy and their team did an incredible job and were a pleasure to work with . My situation was not typical and required a lot of “out of the box “ thinking . Without John ‘s vast knowledge and expertise I don’t think it would’ve gone near as well. . My home needed a little bit of work to maximize its value on the market . Between John’s creative thinking and my 20 years of construction experience we put a plan together and knocked it out of the park .Once listed we had multiple offers , money over asking price , and closed in a reasonable amount of time considering some of the hurdles that came up at the end .

They were always there for me when I had any questions and the process went so smoothly. They are still helping us with any questions even after purchasing the house a year ago. My family and I have been on quite the journey, as we were tiny living for the past 3 years. When we started the house-buying process we were a little nervous about taking on a payment since we had paid off all of our debts and John was patient and never "pushed" us. He was always there to show a home, listen to our concerns and answer any and all our questions. He would always give us the time that we needed to make our decisions, making sure we were well informed and never rushed us even in the midst of a very rapid moving market.
