Burger King

We could not get the mobile app to work but the manager helped us get it sorted out got us our food and threw in enough cookies for everyone. She went out of her way to make sure we all were happy and fed for a good price and made us feel welcome even though it was kind of diffucult she took it in stride and really did save the day. I wish I would have gotten her name but still want to say thanks for being great that day.

I think this is the best BK I’ve been to in my life. Service is so fast! The ladies working were very friendly. Everything was clean. And again the staff — so friendly. If you’re in the area you should stop. :)

New Management! Supply glitches ironing-out process is evident, but they are very polite and enthusiastic with sense of humor! I am so glad we didn't get inundated with ghastly muzak while dining. They get it.

Seriously love going here when Jason is working. Never. Ever. Ever. gets my order wrong and is always pleasant. ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES that I've ever delt with (always at night) are wonderful. Way to go BK. Finally employees to be proud of.

Stopped by today for a late lunch. Excellent, friendly customer service at both windows. Food was fresh, delicious, and as ordered. Way to go! Thank you!

The restaurant was clean and friendly. The cashiers made you feel they were great full​ to help you. The restrooms were spotless you could eat off the floor. I wouldn't but, you could. The only problem was figuring out how to use new soda machine. They were friendly came right out and showed me how to use it. This was during lunch hour and they we're very busy but, they still took the time to help a handicap person how to use the machine. They go above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Burger King in Troy!!

Burger King has a better selection than I remember. We mixed 5 different items that were all hot and delicious.

The only bad thing is that I have to travel to another city to get my B.K. fix. Since the Collinsville, IL one closed.

I came through the drive-thru at this location on Friday, 12/16/2016 we received fast service even though the drive-thru was very busy and the food was excellent! Mom and I both the grilled chicken sandwich and fries, we could tell the fries had just come out of the fryer, good and hot. I'm by myself today so I decided to come inside. Once again my grilled chicken sandwich is excellent and this time I got a salad, all is good. The inside is immaculately clean and decorated so cute for the holidays, miniature

Service was great. Food was hot, crunchy, and very tasty! Not soggy at all. I wasn't expecting much, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Keep it up!

Night shift really went above and beyond to help me out. And the burgers were excellent! Made fresh even though they were getting ready to close. All with a smile and a great attitude. Kalab especially. Thank you for helping me!

Love my 10 piece nuggets told her they were heading to Texas but weren't going to survive the trip, she though was funny, well they didn't..

Always good food & very nice employees. They even gave our dog a treat at the drive-thru window.

Very good I had very salty french fries but they said that they would make me fresh ones with no salt wasn't that nice of them in Troy Illinois
