My wife and I had never bought a home before, so we were in the dark about pretty much the entire process. We searched for realtors with high reviews on Google, and the Mandy McGuire Group was at the top. Our realtor, Bud Amos, was easy to get in touch with, and he was in constant contact with us; it didn't matter what time of the day we had questions, he was always willing to answer them for us to the best of his abilities. We were lost at the beginning of the process, but we felt like we had a professional and knowledgeable guide to get us into our new home, and the closing process was as smooth as we could have ever hoped for it to be. I can't recommend the Mandy McGuire Group and Bud Amos highly enough.

When we started looking for an agent to help sell our house, we were seeking a very specific buyer willing to move in months after signing the contract due to the timing uncertainty of when our new home would be ready. We expected this to be a major challenge but were blown away by Mandy's approach, knowledge of the local market, vast network of potential buyers, and, ultimately, her ability to deliver. Despite the complicated ask, she was able to identify a buyer within days and we had a signed contract in place after one private showing. The experience could not have been any better for our family, and we absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs help selling their home!

Our experience purchasing a home with Jessica Hutch was the most seamless and easiest of any real estate transaction we have ever had! My husband and I were moving to the area from New Mexico, and Jessica went out to show us homes even when she knew we were still waiting for our home in NM to sell just so we could get a feel of the market and what area we wanted to be in. After we finally sold our home, Jessica was able to get us in to see a pre-market listing, which we ended up falling in love with! We made an offer the same day, and the next day we had an accepted contract. We have been in the home for around 2 weeks now and we are falling in love with it more every day.

If you have been around the block a few times with the home buying experience, I would 100% recommend Jessica. She is extremely laid back and certainly offered her opinion if we asked for it, but really only spoke up if she had a major concern about the house that she thought we should know about. We loved the fact that she wasn’t overbearing and it was honestly like going out to look at houses with an old friend.

Whitney Blanchard - Mandy McGuire group was very helpful in helping our son Steve fine a house to rent due to the july 20th lightning strike that 100% destroyed his house. We have known Whitney and her family for probably 15 years and consider them good friends.
