Columbia ace hardware has an awesome staff. Usually a friendly group, Usually helpful. Almost justifies the small price markups to get pleasant service. Great job guys!

I like this place cuz it reminds me of the old fashioned hardware stores in my neighborhood many years ago

The customer service is great at this location. The only reason for my 4 store rating is because Ace Hardware in general is a bit more expensive than other places. Having said that, you get what you pay for and I definitely feel like I get quality products from Ace Hardware and good customer service which is rare to come across nowadays. The staff at this location is fantastic! I've never had a bad experience.

**Update** I changed my 4 star rating to 5 stars because I have no complaints other than the prices but I'm willing to pay a little more for the convenience, the guaranteed product quality and the wonderful employees that are always cheerful and helpful CONSISTENTLY. At least at this location they are.

I run into Ace and look for the ever present associate that asks what I'm looking for. He or she is always there for me. I usually hand them a note from my husband. I have purchased paint there and everyone was knowledgeable and helpful.

If they do not have it in stock they will try to get the item for you. A hardware store that each town should have! Excellent staff as well.
