This is the worst logistics company, I as a warehouse manager have had to deal with, they cannot search by company in their database. 5 of their representatives have hung up on me. I was not rude. But they can not tell me anything about my shipment coming to me on Monday. Even though they have called my business 2x today. I expect a logistical company to have a database that can search for clients by name and location. Apparently they can not do this. As I book shipments everyday, I would never recommend this company. Their customer service is horrible. Very unprofessional to hang up on someone when you do not know their information. 0 stars!
