I bought my first home with Tammy Mitchell Hines & Co. All of their employees were warm and welcoming. Our agent always asked what we liked and disliked about each home so she could get a better idea of what was our perfect starter home. I truly felt like she had a better understanding on what we wanted than we did. Everything seemed smooth sailing and calm, and I never felt rushed. It was truly a pleasure working with them.

We bought our house through Tammy Mitchell Hines. She is so personable and always has a smile on her face. She made the buying process quick and easy. Tammy is very knowledgeable and gives more perks than any other real estate agent by far. Since we bought our home, she has sent my kids coupons for free ice cream for their birthday every year. For Thanksgiving, she collects can goods in exchange for big, fresh pies, and you can use their box truck when you need to. It's more than anyone can ask for. Even when the buying/selling process is over, she still finds ways to make you feel valued. I wouldn't recommend any other real estate team.

I have to say that Kristin is the most amazing real estate agent I have ever met and worked with. (I’m older and have bought and sold 8 different homes as an adult). She is extremely organized and efficient. She showed me 25 homes in just a couple of weeks. Every single time, she had the paperwork for each printed out and clipped in order of how we were seeing them. Kristin is so well-suited for her career. Her ability to be completely professional, seriously explaining the good in a house and area and also looking for possible bad issues in a house and where it is, is really so great. Then she can turn on a dime and say something hilarious that cracked me up. I found that whole package very charming and easy to work with. Kristin was also patient and made herself available whenever a new listing came up she thought I would like. And then throughout the following years never showed any impatience just thoughtfully stayed in touch. As we procrastinated a decision we were never pressured or shown any kind of impatience – just support and help. Tammy Mitchell Hines & Co is a great real estate company. The agent I had George Green was very helpful and answer all the questions we had and found us our forever home. George got us in to houses that we wanted to see very quickly. Very understandable company and they don't push you to buy a home you may not want.
