Great practice, friendly staff and short wait time

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR IF YU WANT TO LIVE...After 2 years of ignoring an A1C on my husband, all she could tell him was that he had high blood pressure. His A1C went from 6.2 to 11. They sent him home and i bought a glucometer and tested him and his sugar was 536. He should have been in a diabetic induced coma. I told him to stop on his way to work to tell them... he called and let them know about his glucose level and they called him back 4 hours later to tell him his sugar was a little high...A LITTLE? the put in a prescription for a medication that his insurance wouldn't cover because his diagnosis was high blood pressure. He called them and told them about the insurance wouldn't cover and they ordered a different prescription one... I called my own PCP and told her what was happening and asked if she could see him... she had a cancelation the next day and told us both to come in..we went the next day and she was appalled at what we told her and she said she never should have started him on the medication that she prescribed. She actually said she was concerned for the safety of other patients. Long story short... Be Your Own Advocate... if you aren't sure that you are being treated correctly...get a second opinion.
