John Martin: Allstate Insurance

I have been a customer of John's for years now and have had several different types of policies with them. John and Erica are some of the best agents I have worked with coming from a customer standpoint. Both of them go above and beyond. They have also taken on several of my friends as new customers and significantly lowered their rates, which I very much appreciate. I don't see myself ever moving to another insurance provider unless John closes up shop, but PLEASE DON'T! :) I will always recommend my friends and family members to John.

John Martin provided an exceptional customer service experience when I renewed my policy. He went the extra mile to contact me with additional offers and information to help me save money. John Martin was great when my car (2014 Santa Fe) engine failed (replaced motor) going on a road trip to Mexico. He guided and gave me information that assisted me to continue to my destination.
A month later my wife and I took another road trip, this time to Sedona Arizona.
On our way there an asphalt truck came into the expressway ahead of me and and a rock flew off his truck and damaged my windshield. I called John Martin and again he took care of us.
