Tres Cafe

We came to the Tres Cafe, upon recommendation from the hotel manager where we stayed in Galesburg. Our breakfast was delicious & prepared perfectly. I had a build your own Omelet, with American Fries & a side of Corned Beef Hash. My companion had the Country Skillet.
Our lovely server, was Miss Shirley, who is the owner, was very polite, professional, and just a Sweetheart.
If you want a fantastic breakfast, while visiting Galesburg, come to the Tres Cafe!
This restaurant has a real heart, for supporting the local Veterans.

Excellent diner that might be better than Judy's. I got some Mexican dish for breakfast ( I can't remember the name), and it was delicious. They also give you a lot; I ate what I got for 2 days, and it was just as good as when it was fresh.

The service is excellent. The person who took our order was exceptionally kind, responsive, and friendly. My dad and I love it here, and I will be coming back for sure.

We were passing through town and looking for somewhere open at 6am and so glad we found this place! I will say the building is older so it smells a little off when you first walk in but don’t let that detour you from staying. The service was excellent and very attentive and the food arrived promptly and accurately. The waitress was so friendly and awesome about keeps drinks filled and making sure we had everything we needed! We had the tres cafe skillet and the French slam and both were great! The coffee was awesome as well! Perfect cup of diner coffee! Definitely worth the stop and feels great to support a local small business that knows how to treat a customer!

Awesome food amongst the best in the area! Loved their veggie omelet, shredded hash-browns & toast! Their tenderloin sandwich is also to die for!! The owner is a fighter for the community!

Wow!! The service here was so fast here. My mother had been talking about this spot since I got in town a week ago and we finally went. When she said they were fast with orders, she wasn't kidding. The food was great and Shirley was just a sweetheart. Would def come again!

This place has been around for a very long time with one name or another but is still the same delicious food in a small diner setting. Love this place

My friends food was amazing therefore stay away from the Talpia as it wasn't cooked well and had a terrible smell! And I wasn't even asked if I wanted it comp from my bill and I was for it to be taken away and the waiter (guy) just smiled like he didn't understand me. I had to go to the bathroom and puke. It was A Nitemare therefore I had wonderful company from church but I will be more careful in the future.

Our food came out quick and looked great. The staff and the owner are super friendly and it’s a good environment to be in. All around a great place

Our lil home town gem. Really if u haven't been there u must! Even for a cup of coffee, it truly is the best of the best when it comes to a charming lil cafe style restaurant. Lots of light, friendly people and excellent food!

Found this Cafe on Google Maps and what a pleasant surprise! Nice sized portions and so reasonable in price!! We had the egg roll appetizers and they were so yummy that we took 2 orders home with us!! I had the pork chop and it was the best pork chop I have ever had. Seasoned amazing and was so moist. Others in our party had Monte Cristo and the Ham Dinner. They both loved them as well. Then pie for dessert...french silk and coconut cream. It was nice to watch the train go by from our booth and young kids would love as well. Thanks for a great meal!!

This is our comfort place! Bring our hearts to hearts. Our shared laughs. Our love for the people we meet. And love and kindness to those having a rough day. Tres is always gonna be our fave! Miss Shirley and her crew are wonderful!

I had scramble eggs and hashbrowns today. They were very old greasy tasting.
And refills on ice tea and soda isn't free. For Pete'sSake! .

We went to the location in Abingdon that still has the Town & Country sign. There was not a page up for me to review yet so I'm leaving it here. The owner and waitress were so wonderful and caring. The Philippines inspired dishes were very good! It's a great way to try some new things.

Perfect family restaurant! My son always gets a plate of extra bacon and earned the name bacon boy! So much fun and good food!

Best breakfast I’ve EVER had from anywhere. The tres skillet slaps every time and literally brings a smile to my face. Super quick too. Place an order over the phone and pick up is ready in about 10 minutes. Amazing.
