I could not have had a better experience buying my car! I visited a lot of dealers and did test drives for a lot of vehicles and just wasn't ready to spend all that money for what they offered. Not here, though! EVERYTHING was pleasant from the 1st phone call to signing the papers and beyond. Amazing customer service from top to bottom! This was my first car buying experience on my own and I cannot say enough good things about this place. Charles and Jeremiah were helpful, available and accommodating. I purchased a Chevy S10 and I am thrilled! They made the process quick, painless and easy to understand. Charles even came out on Memorial Day, when they were closed, so I could take it for a test drive! I never once felt pushed or rushed and they were the nicest people. I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle at love Auto Group. I was flying in from out of state and Charles opened up early to accommodate my situation. Charles let me fully inspect the vehicle,and test drive, answered all my questions to best of his knowledge. Charles was absolutely patient didn't rush my test drive or inspection. I did purchase the vehicle he made sure all the necessary paper work was in order completed making my transfer of title went absolutely smoothly ,there weren't any issues at dmv absolutely smooth transaction.
On top of that I was getting the vehicle shipped back to New Jersey, he made sure the car was on the hauler and notified me the car was enroute .Also that evening was flying back home Charles contacted me that evening to make sure if I made home ok .Thank you Charles you are a true gentlemen A++++++
