Rick & BJ always go above and beyond the call of duty! They were so helpful to me. I had to order something from
their print shop and they helped me navigate the order. It wasn’t a typical or standard order but they took their time, we’re very professional and solved the order! I would highly recommend this Office Depot! Even the check out gentleman, Khip was really friendly and cheerful. Great store!!

Office Depot Downers Grove never fails to provide excellent customer service. Employees are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The store manager, Rick, is accessible to customers as well. Tara recently assisted me with a tricky print order and did so effortlessly and produced a flawless result. We are very pleased. In an age where customer service is sometimes lacking, Office Depot does a great job in a friendly, professional manner.

I enjoy still being able to go into the store, see it's well stocked and be helped. Every employee here through the years has always been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I like the convenience of this location near other stores that I use.

Office Depot's FRAM (Furniture Retail Account Management) is an amazing sales and support program if you're in the market for office furniture.

Phoned in advance to inquire about availability of product. Barry did a visual, found the product and had it waiting for me when I arrived (I was about 30 minutes away from this location). Excellent customer service. Every one of the employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to return to this location or recommend this location.

I came in to try some office chairs, specifically to try one with forward tilt. Unfortunately it is a rare feature and Office Depot did not carry any chairs with it. Even still, Ken assisted me and even recommended some chairs that had features close to forward tilt. I left undecided but with several tags to mull over. About an hour later I purchased the Momentum on the website for pick-up as that was an extra 5% off. The chair was brought out to my car and loaded into the backseat and I was off. Good experience and thank you Ken for closing the sale!

Office Depot staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. On this visit I was informed that they don’t carry gift boxes, only shipping ones. But they referred me to another store nearby that did carry gift boxes. I was very grateful.

Went in for a chair that they didn't have in stock, but staff helped me get an order set up online to have it delivered to my apartment. This is the reason I always go back when I need office stuff. Solid quality, solid people.

I have been a loyal Office Depot/Office Max customer for some time now and this store is an excellent example of why I keep coming back. The staff was super friendly, one gentleman who was leaving for lunch, made it a point to stop and make sure to offer his assistance with our purchase. The woman who rang us out was so helpful and answered all of our questions. We had purchased a desk and chair and they were kind enough to help us load both items in the car, all while having smiles on their faces. I appreciate the high level of customer service we received today and the great selection of office supplies and furniture and will definitely be returning for all my office needs!
