Wanted to buy something didn't have in ludington store so came here. I was treated very nice and respected

Every price tag said low price but didn't feel like a low price .worker's were very nice and didn't follow us around Allard all ok

What incredible service by Mike at the Harvey St. Store in assisting me with purchasing a new pair of golf shoes.
His friendliness, kindness and ensuring I was satisfied with my selection that the fit was correct and comfortable was a real treat, reminded me of by gone years of what service used to be.

Lots of clothing and sports apparel. They always have what we're looking for.

I like Dunhams ,always have...they were the only place that did there best to keep ammo on the shelves when things got ruff. Now you go in there its ammo galore!!!! They far exceed Cabelas in many categories... including customer service...great selections in sporting goods forsure...there gun sections are filled with handguns...thanx Dunhams!!!! Let's not forget there discounts that also exceed Cabelas....

This store is my go-to spot for clothes and shoes these days. They've got lots of good brands and plenty of outdoor gear across the board. I really wish they'd offer more size 13-15 shoes from the big brands. They'd get even more of my money.

Variety of products and always some kind of deal going on. Everybody we have interacted with in the store has been helpful, courteous and knowledgeable!

I purchased a crossbow and it would not sight in. Brought it back to the Muskegon location and not happy. That is when I met Steve,a team leader. He asked me to bring it in and wanted to bore sight it. We found the instructions for the scope were wrong. This man went the extra mile to solve my problem and kept a customer. This man deserves recognition and certainly has my thanks.

I just want to say that in 2019, it is rare to get good customer service in retail these days. I went into the store to purchase a treadmill with an online coupon, when I tried to pull up the online coupon, Dunham's Sports corporate website had removed it, even though a day earlier it claimed it to be valid for the rest of the month. I was pretty devastated, and appealed my case to Taylor, one of the store's managers. She didn't have to believe me when I said there was an online coupon that had vanished, (which was 100% accurate) but she did. She then went above and beyond to help me, starting with searching for the coupon herself in the back for roughly 15 minutes, and then ultimately selling me the treadmill for what I had come in to the store to pay. Just want the store's "bigwigs" to know that Taylor's customer service made me a loyal Dunham's Sports customer from now on, and I will purposely shop there over Dick's Sports across the street as a result. Thanks again, I love my treadmill PS

Stopped there to buy some shoes but they didn't have my size. The girl tried to find what I needed but they were out of 13's. I buy a lot of tee shirts and hunting clothes also my Lacrosse hunting boots. It's one of my favorite stores.

Very Happy with Dunhams in Muskegon. I have bought several Guns and Pistols here. Went to buy a pistol at Cabela's twice never got one didnt want to sell i guess. Had 2 hours before they closed not enough time they said. Went to Dunhams in and out 30 minutes. They matched Cabela's price, With Great Service. Thank You for your Great Service.
