These guys are the best! They actually care about what they are doing and go the extra mile. I once left the store with an unanswered technical question regarding specialty fluid specs and looking for a substitute . An hour later I got a phone call with “ we did a little research and have what you’re looking for” always my first stop!!

David at the Yarmouth location was incredible. I had a tail light out and he went above and beyond the help me place a new one. He showed me exactly how to do it for the future, great guy, great customer service and super helpful!

Everyone is extremely professional accommodating, friendly, helpful and sincere. Repeatedly, Gentleman came out to help with fluids. I’ve experienced them going out of their way to resolve my miscellaneous auto related questions quickly and thoroughly.

I love my Jeep Wrangler and I've had several of them. But the wipers they come with just don't seem to hold up in Maine winters. Stopped at O'Reilly's and everyone is super friendly. They came out and double checked what size wipers I needed in and put them on for me. I felt bad having them go out in a blizzard but they were very good-natured about it. And the wipers are fantastic!

These folks always go above and beyond help me out. Thank you!!!!

Tool rental is my absolute favorite part about this store. The parts they offer are good & all, and the prices are pretty great too, but as a young person starting off in the DIY mechanic world, you can not beat their tool rental deal. Full refund when you bring it back, no matter what it is. Absolutely outstanding. Love O'Riley's

Rainy, miserable, snowy day, 3/22/19
Service bay full. Guy at counter tried to fit me in, (black Columbia jacket) then grabbed a screwdriver and changed a breaklight bulb in the parking lot in minutes. Big thanks.

The assistant manager, I didn’t catch his name, is amazing. My car battery died, and he was kind enough to change the battery out for me. He took extra care to clean up the connectors (my battery had so much corrosion build up), and the housing for the battery. He deserves a raise!!

Store, convenient on Maine's main non-interstate North-South highway, includes multi-bay service garage, large parking lot and great customer service.

This van traveler needed to inflate high pressure - up to 80 lbs psi - van tires. Gas station air machines, ubiquitous, usually push only 35-40 lbs psi and cost $1 for 4 minute here. I did not expect an auto parts store to offer 80 ppsi air, no charge. No gas!

This O'RAP store also had
• integrated digital pressure readout on the hose
• space to maneuver long vehicles
• a friendly knowledgable can-do employee who provided outstanding customer service. He - not I - inflated the van tires to my specs at no charge.

This store get my vote, for sure.
