I cannot recommend this company and its people enough. They are kind, incredibly competent, and respectful. They aren't just selling you a car or a piece of equipment, they are selling you a service. They follow up and follow through. We have had our converted-van for a year now and there has not been a blip. Tammy sold us the van and she regularly checks in and goes above and beyond.

I am a long time customer and recently visited there to have an issue with my van lift resolved. I had an appointment, and as always I was ushered right in. I met briefly with George, the tech that had worked on my lift a month or so ago, explained to him the problem, and an hour or so later I was back in business. I was pleased to have George assigned to the project as he had done an outstanding job on my previous visit, one that required some in depth troubleshooting. He truly is a valuable asset to their organization, as is Connie, Barry and others. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful and my visits there are always a pleasurable experience.

There very helpful go beyond there duties,very clean,they have free drinks,coffee and snacks,they exsplane everything so you understand and show you what you really need not just for money do do lots for free,there all around grate,. Joe

Mobility works of Gray Maine did all this and more. JC was knowledgeable, kind, and committed to making our hope a reality. I will forever be grateful to JC and mobility works Gray for their determination to get my Grandfather on the road one more time. ❤

Ride-Away in Gray, ME has now sold me my second Braunability Van. We love it, it does everything we need it to do. I am a 100% disabled veteran!, cannot drive and am in a wheelchair most of the time. Barry Linder has made sure that my wife/caregiver can operate everything easily and conveniently. He takes his service very serous and stands behind you and the company all the way. From Connie, the Manager, Doug and Gary in Service, Wendy out in the office, plus other techs, you couldn't have a better group of people to deal with. They all follow up with you and care about people and take care of business. I am glad we have found them and look forward to 2 years from now when it's time to do it all over again.

If you want the best work done on your handicap van, you can't go wrong at Ride-Away 32 Lewiston Rd, Gray, ME 04039. New trained staff who will get it right the first time. This is my second VMI van and My wife and I put on lots of miles. We trust Ride-Away and they have bailed us out even when our lift didn't work in Baltimore at 8 PM on a Wednesday night! Now where else can you get that kind of service?

I had been having trouble with the passenger side power door no closing properly. I had determined that the problem occurred only when the van was leaning toward the left.

I called Kevin, the service manager at the Grey, Maine Ride Away facility and asked when I could have an appointment to have the problem corrected. His response was "how soon can you get up here? We live in Saco, about 35 miles away. I asked if forty-five minutes would be soon enough.

Our van was taken in immediately and one hour later we were on our way home.

You can't beat that for prompt service. The problem has been resolved. You can't beat that for good service.

Very helpful workers, just wish buying a new conversion van wasn't so darn expensive. For this reason, I am housebound. Not saying Mobility Works is expensive, overall obtaining a NEW conversion van in general could cost starting around $55,000. And a USED, low mileage, less than 5 yrs old conversion vans, looking to be anywhere from $35,000 on up. Living on SSDI, it is out of reach.

The customer service was exceptional in every way. The staff extended themselves to make sure our needs were met. Our family highly recommends this company.

When I lost the ability to feel sensation in my feet and unable to drive, I was fearful that my best days were behind me...being the only family driver, it was critical for me to be able to drive again. Mr. Barry Linder came to our rescue, he devised a plan to have our car picked up in our driveway, have the adaptive kit installed and returned the car to us. This went well beyond Customer Service...we were speechless and thrilled. The car is a new 2016 Subaru Outback equipped with a hand lever control system allowing me to drive without the use of my feet. I am a disabled Navy Vet of two wars, and once Barry Linder knew of my condition, and circumstances, he had Connie drive my car while he followed ...
