This was a great place to have a steak. The atmosphere is simple, but they have the option available for you to cook your own meat on a 600-degree "rock." I got the porterhouse, and it was great. I wish the sides were a little larger, but they were also very good. The Cesar salad was great, and so was the crem brulee.

This place was soooo much fun!!! I give 5 stars! And Todd made our experience so great! He explained the ways of the Anasazi! The food was amazing! And it was so much fun to cook your own steak! First picture is the Fondue D Italia it's a appetizer and it was sso good it had sooo much flavor and all the veggies and bread to try they even had apples to dip and they were soo good in it! The next pictures was the wagyu steak they bring it our raw on the one side to show the marbling and it just melts in your mouth it doesn't take like steak but is pretty good on the most expensive side! Mine was a New York and it was really good! About 42 bucks! With shrimp! The carrots and potatoes mmm it was delicious! If you have read this far would totally recommend it!!!

This was my second time going and it was delicious. Both the cheese and chocolate fondue are delicious and a must. I recommend the southwest blend. There may be leftover but you can ask to take it home! The steak on the rock is delicious - this time I got a ribeye - but as some others have commented: unless you trust your grill mastery, for best flavor I’d leave it to the pros in the back. Otherwise, cooking on the rock is just for the experience and fun of it. The atmosphere is great for all - you can go casual or you can go fancy, you won’t feel out of place.

The New York steak was very good. It was tender and flavorful. The option to cook your own steak on your own hot rock is really fun. I highly recommend the Anasazi Steakhouse!

Delicious fondue, we only got the cheese course. We opted for the Southwest cheese fondue and it was delicious!Cooking steaks on hot rocks was a new fun experience but left you feeling and smelling like you worked at Waffle House. Next time I would have them cook my steak and save the rock experience for first time visitors. I wished we saved room for dessert fondue but we were too full.

Anasazi Steak is probably one of the best steak restaurants I've been to! And I've been to a few in Park City, Salt Lake, and Southern Utah! Great cooks, great cuts, and great food. Very well done 4.8/5.

Before we get into the steaks, I will be a little opposite of most reviews and even the "specialty reason" people go to Anasazi. I actually do not recommend the Hot Stone cook, but if you want the experience please don't let me deter you! The only reason I say this is that most people we have seen get the stone overcook their steak fast, discard a lot of it, and it just can not get the same flavor as a char-grilled steak. It's very cool, and a very fun option, but for the quality of local sourced, grass-fed meat you get and pay for, I'll let the pros in the back grill!

I was fortunate enough to be able to have the special 30 Day Dry-Aged New York this trip. The size of the strip was fantastic, the seasoning was great, but the cook was one of the best medium-rares I have ever seen on a steak. Grill marks were perfect, and it is all Fire Char-Grilled, which you just can not beat the flavor that they grill that in. The umami flavor, the freshness, the cook was just incredible. We also ordered the regular New York, and it was just a great beef flavor, so well seasoned, and a good tender/fat ratio. One of my favorite parts was the Pesto-Cilatro Scallops appetizer. The sauce was so robust and flavorful, so fresh, and the scallops again perfectly cooked. I would get it if I were you every time! The sides are good, nothing special, and very small portioned, but you do want the steak to be the best thing on that plate in the end. The price does justify the steaks, but again, the sides could be elevated to get that perfect 5 stars. Service was also good. Great job, we'll be back!

The food was great and reasonably priced! Our server was excellent and attended to our food allergy needs. The atmosphere was a little dated but clean and comfortable. Only down side was it was a little smoky due to many patrons cooking on "stones" at their tables. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and would definitely go again!
Thank you, Chef and staff!

They can bring the stake out in super hot stones and keep it cooking while you eat, if you desire. I like to fillet it in half length wise and let it sizzle in butter. The desert chocolate fondue is yummy. The cheese fondue as the appetizer was good, but not great. The waitress was over the top on everything.

Second time here and absolutely love it. Ambience comfortable, Jessica our server was wonderful and engaging but the food is really terrific. Stuffed mushrooms so juicy and flavorful made me want more. I had the flat iron steak and vegetables. The steak I cooked to my taste on a hot stone and with two dipping sauces a really nice experience and unlike many places the vegetables were rich and flavorful with a sauce that really encouraged the flavor. And even better the price for it all was very affordable. When we come back we will do their terrific fondue again!

An amazing experience for yourself or with friends! My wife and I experienced this Steakhouse for the first time and we were greeted with enthusiasm. We didn't have a reservation however we were seated within 10 minutes. Our server Mark who is also part owner and the Bartender, served us a great feast. He answered our questions and I was pleased to be informed. Mark is very jovial and very funny. He pours a strong drink with a specialty he creates. The menu was delicious, with many different cheese choices of Fondue appetizer and a 🔥HOT Rock to cook your personalized entrée meat choice. And they also have a desert fondue that can be a meal in itself with so many choices of chocolate fondue they are hard to decide which one fits your palette. Price worth every penny for the portions!

So yummy!!! I recommend this place to anyone living in, or visiting the area. It's worth it! I tend to get reservations ahead of time for timing purposes, but they do take walk-ins. The fondue is great and I always recommend getting the meat on the hot rock! You will love it, and it is it's own experience. Every bite will be perfectly cooked. Just do it!

1st time coming here. The staff was soo friendly and amazing. I ordered fillet mignon. They let you choose whether you want to have it cooked for you on the grill OR they bring you a hot stone for you to cook your own steak. It was a great experience and delicious. I strongly recommend the hot stone.

Reservations are a must. I would say if you don't want a super later dinner, I'd recommend calling in at least the day before.

One of the best experiences we’ve had dining out and the absolute best steakhouse. The owner is incredibly nice and took great care of us! Will definitely return on our next trip to St. George.

My hubby & I ate here for the first time this last Tuesday night. We almost didn’t get to at first because when we arrived at 8:15, the front doors were locked. Noting that the hours said they were open until 9:00 PM, we chose to wait for a few moments until we saw someone walk by the front door. He opened it when we knocked, but offered no explanation as to why we were greeted by a locked door. He did apologize for that fact about 15 minutes later when walking by our table.
That curious interaction aside, we loved our experience at Anasazi Steakhouse! Our service was amazing, the filet mignon tasted delicious and the setting was romantic & upscale. I even LOVED my steamed carrots, which says an awful lot about the flavors! We chose not to cook the meal ourselves this time, but look forward to trying that and the fondue next time around. The price point was really nice for the quality & overall experience. We look forward to dining again soon at Anasazi Steakhouse in St. George, Utah!!

First time visit. Fun cooking your own beef on a hot stone. The chocolate fondoo was also fun for four of us.

Very fun and unique experience. Delicious fondue (California dreaming is amazing!) Make sure to try the fillet mignon. Cook it yourself on a 600° salt rock.

I usually come here about once a year. One of my favorite locations. Had the ribeye this time, and I love the whole experience. The fondue appetizer was awesome and a fun way to chat with people. The main course was great, I usually get the filet but ribeye was really good. They were really busy, so service can be a bit slow, but they do a good job.
