Hard to find a store at times consumers has a road ripped up. The staff is quite friendly. They have no problem answering questions and doing some basic troubleshooting for customers. Even though they're not fluent they will try to speak some Spanish now and then.

Love this store . Micheal took time to help I and my mom in which got turned away from two stores prior to stopping here . I explained everything to him and he got everything rolling and done in about 30mins and because of all the bs the other stores gave me he gave me a couple deals. Great store awesome manager . I will be going back to Micheal for anything I need further .

My family switched from Verizon to Cricket several years ago. We have had consistent reliable service at a much better price. Recently, I visited the Lansing location on Saginaw Hwy. to upgrade my old phone. Michael gave us great advice as to what would fit my needs. His customer service was excellent! He listened to my questions, explained everything as needed. He carefully installed the protective cover and set up the phone. Within a short time I was on my way and have been enjoying my new phone ever since! Thanks!

I came in and was greeted very pleasantly. Phoenix helped me get my phone to make phone calls again and was very funny. Michael, who seemed very educated on Cricket options and cellphones, helped lower my bill by $25 for referring my friends and family!
