Had quite a bit of trouble and miss communications while working with Carly and Karly during our first time home buying process. She put our preferences of what we wanted in a home into a portal and sent us a link for it. I had to check the portal multiple times a day to check for new listings. She never once reached out about new listing that I might be interested in. I always had to contact her to set up home walk tours or send her links to new listings I found. Told her multiple times we didn’t want to live in HOA and she still kept the preference on our portal. Would not use her recommendation for working with 5/3 bank or her house inspector. 5/3 bank was nightmare trying to work with and her suggested home inspector missed quite a few major items in the report like the bad plumbing in the bathroom and electricity in the house was poorly wired.
