Good Harbor Vineyards

Absolutely love Good Harbor! Any time I can get a taste of Northern Michigan delivered to me in Virginia, it brings me home. Always a pleasure to patronize a fantastic vineyard!

This was an experience greater than expected. Their wine was a step over good and right into memorable, while the staff was extremely friendly. The tasting room was small but clean and presented well, but in the end it was their unique samplings that pushed this experience over from a 4 to a 5. Their may be larger wineries on the peninsula, but there are only 4 that are older and few that compare to the taste of their creations.

We've been coming here for years and the wines are delicious. Our sommelier was wonderful 😊 and we had a great time tasting a variety of wines. We did buy the boxed Fishtown White.

Wonderful wine for both a special occasion or with pizza on the deck. A welcoming atmosphere at the tasting room keeps us feeling like old friends. Good Harbor Winery is ALWAYS a stop when we are in Leelanau county and just a click away when we want some special wine at home!

Had a wonderful tasting experience here! Tasting for 5 wines was $8. You can also do glasses or flights outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations

What a great place for Wine tasting... Family owned since 1980. Nancy was great at describing and helping with our tasting. We loved the wine so much we joined their wine club. Only two shipments per year for wonderful wine and you can choose your own. Can't wait to go back.

This family-owned business has thought of everything! They are expert organic winemakers, the first of 4 winemakers in the region, circa 1978. They generously share fantastic wines and knowledge. Ask any question about wine: growing, making, drinking, pairing. It’s completely relaxing and one of the best wine experiences I’ve had. Walk amongst the grapevines while viewing gorgeous Lake Leelanau in the near distance. I cannot recommend this winery enough!

We went to Good Harbor on a wine tour. The staff/owners were very accommodating and friendly! This was definitely our favorite stop on the tour. The tasting price was very reasonable as well. Not to mention, I enjoyed every wine I sampled! Definitely recommended!

Fantastic wine! My wife and I went for a tasting and left with 6 more bottles. This is our favorite winery anywhere in Michigan (and we have been to a number of places up here). Definitely try the 2019 Dry Riesling. This bottle is tied with Mari Vineyard's Praefectus as our favorite wine from this region (for reference, my wife is from the Napa area). Great wine and great people!

We visited 7 wineries in the area and this was by far our favorite. We loved every single one we tried. We liked them so much we purchased several bottles and joined the club. Smaller in size but makes it up in quality. Cannot wait for our first club shipment.💗

We tried the new release of Albariño, a wonderful white wine. This may be the only winery in MI that grows this grape.
My opinion has long been that Michigan reds have been rather weak. Not here! A delicious variety of both reds and whites! Worth your time to stop here!

Our new favorite winery. Their selection of wines is amazing. Something for everyone! The tasting room is beautiful and the outdoor area is a stunning place to share time with friends and family! Enjoy the fire or cozy up in the sunshine to enjoy the beauty of fall and delicious wine served by their knowledgeable and friendly staff!

Stopped in for a Tasting and had a great time, found several nice whites and a Cider that made the day. The people were wonderful! Felt like old friends coming home. Highly recommend taking a trip past Good Harbor Vinyards. Worth every minute of it:)

Wide variety of wine choices from sweet dessert wines to bold red Labernet and just about everything in between means ther is something for everyone. And it's a pretty good deal to join their wine club. Come on up and enjoy!
