Our mail did not get delivered today and I’m guessing it was because a Xmas light fixture was near the mail slot. I tried to get papers in the slot to make sure our mail could be delivered and was able to do so without a problem so I assumed the mail carrier would be able to do the same.

I had a friendly staff member help me & she had a great attitude which is not usual at post offices/government service places, so good for you for embracing kindness! Happy to live near this usps

Our mail has been showing up opened. We just received a card from our aunt, and the top was ripped open. Thankfully, there was no money in it. St Joseph post office has a mail thief. Make sure you or anyone you know is not sending any form of money to this area. When I tried to call to make a complaint, they hung up on me.

I'm unable to contact anyone at this office about my package they've been hold for a month now. I live 10 hours away and can't just drive up there for a book.

In the past few months, our delivery has gotten later and later it’s 7:30pm and we still don’t have our mail and newspaper!

Locked door before closing at 6:00. Raced from work and couldn’t get in even though I was there before 6:00 pm
