We love the whole staff at Port City. My 1 year old son has been a patient of Dr. Miller's since he was born. We have always been beyond impressed with Dr. Miller's professionalism, kindness and knowledge. I've always felt 100% comfortable and confident in the room with him and really appreciate the fact that he doesn't rush us out. He takes the time to answer questions, and with this being my first child, there are many!

Doctor Golz has been my pediatrician 22 years and counting. His amazing bed side manor, kindness and demeanor have always been amazing for our 6 kids. He has had to tackle so many things with our family throughout the years and never once made us feel like we weren't getting great care for our children. Communication with his office is always easy and his office has been great even during the tough times of covid.

I have a 16 year-old and 13 year-old that have been going to Port City Pediatrics and seeing Dr. Golz since birth. I can not say enough positive things about our experience through the years with the practice and its doctors. All staff are friendly and helpful, from the receptionists to the nurses in the office and on the phone, to the people doing referrals and scheduling. Dr. Golz always listens to our concerns and comes up with a plan that is proactive and addresses the issue/concern. He explains the situation and answers all questions thoroughly. We always leave feeling our children were well cared for. It will be difficult when its time for my kids to move on from a pediatrician to a physician they will use as adults.

Excellent bedside manner with my daughter who was very shy and uncomfortable with an earache. Incredibly kind and got us in right away.

Love Dr. Golz. His dry humor is just what you need sometimes. Awesome with my kiddos.

Loved this place at up until covid hit. Then they kept rescheduled our appointment (at least 3 times). I lost track of when it was, and missed our appointment. Which is partly my fault but also its not hard to do when its getting constantly changed and with no reminders. Due to my youngest missing his appointment Dr. Miller dropped all four of my kids as patients. And even with the office manager talking to him and explaining to him that they're records showed that they had changed the appointment repeatedly he still refused to bring them back as patients. We asked about maybe seeing another doctor but was told that once one doctor drops you the whole office dose as well. Its obvious to me that they or at least Dr. Dustin Miller does care about his patients, or he wouldn't drop four small children durning a world wide pandemic for a missed appointment.

Everytime I brought my son in for an emergency visit as they called it I would wait for about 2 hours before getting seen. If I wanted to wait that long I would have just taken him to the ER. The dr never really listened to my concerns only put their 2 cents in, I will never recommend this place to anyone, when my son was about 4 months Olds we switched drs as soon as we could and the dr we have now is the best

Dustin Miller dropped my kids during the pandemic because wemissed an appointment and the only reason I missed it was because they kept rescheduling me because of covid and it got confusing and forgot I had an appointment, the whole time my kids went there we never once received a phone or text reminder like most doctors offices do!!! Would not recommend this place at all because they obviously don't care about there patients!!!
