The Rec Room (Restaurant & Shake/Smoothie Bar)

We had catering delivered for 57 people. Mark and Carter had each lunch individually labeled and each was made perfectly. They were on time, the portions were huge, and everyone enjoyed them. I highly recommend the Rec Room as a delish local option for single serve and group catering.

Cobb salad was delicious. Very fresh ingredients, great portion. Will definitely be getting it again.

They have the absolute best smoothies, protein shakes and food! The prices are extremely reasonable too!

A hidden gem that not enough people know about. Smoothies are fantastic at a great price, and food portions are probably some of the biggest around. A "half wrap" is bigger than many places full size wraps. Highly recommend.

Seriously never knew this was even here and I've lived here for 13 years! The food is great! And ordering take out is super fast! The wraps are quite large!

Very friendly staff and environment, was very accommodating to vegan diet, alot of food and smoothie selections as well as supplements. My food and smoothies are always on point so is my service, smoothie punch card is a big bonus. Highly recommend!

Love this health store/ restaurant! The staff is incredible. I stop here regularly for a quick, healthy smoothie. The staff is always so helpful and absolutely spot on with recommendations. So many choices. A definite spot to frequent if you are looking to support local. One negetive is.... I feel bad for this young staff. I was a bit confused on why they are dressed like refs? Hats and all, my wife and I could notice that they were not comfortable wearing them. They have an amazing young staff that would more than likely have even more confidence if they were not dressed like footlocker staff. The products they carry have incredible apparel. Just a thought. Thank you for providing an awesome spot!

The staff are so awesome, they are friendly and helpful! The shakes are amazing and the food that we have tried is so good that even my picky eater loves it. The prices are great too! I love stopping in for a quick bite or drink. They also have merchandise for purchase and a couple arcade games.

My family and I are obsessed with this place. Everything they make is delicious, really good portion sizes and super affordable prices. They have so many options which is great for whatever you're in the mood for Can't say enough good things ...it's kind of a hidden gem, definitely check it out :)

Love the food and protein shakes. I have been eating here for around 3 years now, and appreciate a place to get healthy food, at a great price, when I don’t want to cook, which is most of the time. Portion sizes are more than generous. Especially on his salads. One is more than a meal, for sure. Mark is not only great at what he does, but, also remembers the small things on so many of his customers. Like the fact that someone likes mustard on a sandwich, or meltdown sauce on their chicken. And he gives it to you, without you having to ask. True customer service, is giving a customer above and beyond expectations. No one does that better than Mark. The people that work there are all very courteous as well. Kyle, Zack and Lacy. Great additions to the staff.

Everything they make here is delicious. The shakes are something I try to get at least once a week. Lots of supplements and pre made foods, energy drinks and very friendly staff.

Hiring Mark at The Rec Room to cater my event was the best decision I could have made in the planning process! His catering options are all fantastic and very reasonably priced.

When I arrived to the venue Mark was already there early and had much of his set-up complete. The food was amazing and I especially appreciated his help clearing tables and cleaning up his equipment without interrupting the event--we didn't even notice him picking up!

Recently placed a GrubHub order for delivery to my office. Not only was the food DELICIOUS, but it arrived timely and our food tasted warm and fresh and our smoothies/shakes were nice and cold! Will definitely be visiting or ordering from here again soon!

This place has the best smoothies in town, and great food too! Need supplements, or have questions about supplements? Mark will shoot you straight. Not to mention the atmosphere is awesome.
