Honestly I’m not sure why there’s bad reviews. I use to have really bad allergies and since going here they have gotten way better! Everyone is nice and pleasant

Worst customer service, got pressured into treatment I didn’t need. Doctor has a huge ego and is only interested in getting more people to sign for expensive treatment than actually caring for you. Go anywhere else but here.

Closes down in the middle of August with no update to the website, no explanation, right in the middle of ongoing immuno therapy... All voicemail describes is some ambiguous "due to the pandemic," but leaves no timeline for when they are claiming they're coming back, and they don't return voice messages. They need to fire whoever is running their customer service department.
