This establishment has ultimately reverted to the cordial and inviting environment I recall from my childhood. Each associate demonstrates helpfulness, friendliness, and expertise.

These people were amazing I found my mom's yarn she's been looking for I was so impressed by the tons of yarn ,there store is big they had a ton of stuff !!

I bought 2 pairs of earrings, missing the 3rd pair, for just 75 cents. One of the best deals I've had in awhile.

Always well stocked. Yarn tends to get a little messy at times and things on sale are sometimes displayed in a weird place. Make sure to walk around to look for those!! Also, The associates on the floor are great. Some of the cashier's could use a little personality. But all in all 5 stars.

Had a great experience because of an employee that really cares about her customers!! Ms. Nita went above & beyond the call of duty & was very friendly, patient & did it all with a huge smile on her face! I’m so grateful for good customer service experience! Moving beyond that, I was at the cash wrap & was looking for another item for my client & neither of us are from here at all & my client is from Ghana 🇬🇭 West Africa so, I sprinted with some direction from Ms. Nita to the back of the store to find another item when I ran into a young lady by the name of Willow & asked her direction for an item. She pointed into a direction to where the item might be, of course looking in the direction of her finger, I didn’t see the item. I then asked her if she could take me to the item. She obliged. And guess what?! The item certainly wasn’t where she thought it was! And I was very kind & gracious to her even commented on the fact that I loved her name. She smiled & then we walked around with her guidance until we found the item!!
I can tell you with limited amount of time, I wouldn’t have found that item. However, later on we did see the item for a cheaper price somewhere else! Moral of the story, always put your best foot forward for a guest because maybe your busy or don’t feel like looking for something however, when you go out of your way, you may never know if you may gain a new loyal guest!!

I love this place! The staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable. The app and coupons blow hobby lobby out of the water! Yesterday at the check out I was told there was a free for all table. Everything on it was free. Now that is amazing! I usually pay about half the price for everything here that hobby lobby has.

I just started sewing this year, and every interaction I’ve had with the employees in the fabric department has been great! The other day I went in to buy my first sewing machine and Joe in the sewing machine department was the BEST. He asked me why I was looking for, and showed me a machine in my price range that had everything I wanted and some cool bonus features. I was so appreciative that he didn’t try to sell me a fancier or more expensive machine than I wanted, it made me feel like I could really trust his recommendation.

I got all of my wedding decorations here at 50% off. I am elated!

Friendly staff. Very helpful and they know their stock, so you aren't handed off to another employee.
Number system at cutting table is handy especially when there are crowds (holidays and weddings)
The children's craft section is great for giving. The t-shirt printing area has every thing you need to print your own shirt. There is a large number of shirts and sizes of t-shirts.
Want to make your own jewelry? The jewelry section is huge and often has great sales.
We did most of the decorations for daughter's wedding with flowers from here.
Even the "buy-me-now" aisle you go through to get to the checkouts is full of good deals.
All-in-all, I shop here often because they'll have it.

First time in the store, looks and smells clean. It has thousands of fabrics and crafting items. Prices are average and they offer some great online coupons. We love this location because it is located between some other shopping stores so we can walk to all of those.

My wife shops here for the key items she needs in making wreaths. Their products, prices, store layout and service from staff are very helpful.

Good deal on fleece for Heaven Can Wait blankets for the cats and kittens.

Being a guy who doesn't know alot about fabrics, I'm always pleased with how polite and helpful the staff is in helping me figure out what I need. I would recommend if you need fabric or craft stuff. Dont be scared to ask for help because I do every time.

Great store to visit! Just moved to the area and I love it! Coupons are always great! I love the fabric discounts! They have SOOO many different types of fabric! Their supply is endless! They have a lot of Tim Hotlz products! Lots of Jewelry, decorations, sewing and yarn! Customer service is always great! I love the fabric ladies! Soo helpful!

I was way out of my element shopping at JoAnn Fabrics and Crafts, but I needed some supplies for a DIY Halloween costume. The staff was quick to help me find what I needed and even had a couple suggestions that were better suited for my project than what I was looking for. I definitely plan to get more crafts and supplies here in the future.

They have a fantastic selection of various kinds of fabrics, including a growing section of Licensed designs. Definitely check out their coupons before checking out, they've usually got some really good ones!

Love this store. Very helpful employees and so much stuff I can't even start to name them.

They have a great selection of things for anyone. The prices are fair and the staff is quite knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place!
