Thanks to a couple of associates, I was able to find what I needed for my home computer quickly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thank you, and keep up the positive customer service.

Hot a wifi router and that guy was so knowledgeable about routers. Then purchased a phone and again she was super helpful on phones. Love best buy for that reason you can get help with intelligent people.

We went into Best Buy looking for a specific computer component. We were greeted & asked if we need help, someone was available asap & got what we needed right away, the price was very reasonable.

Neat and clean store. We were met by an employee as we entered and guided directly to the item we were looking for. Much appreciated during the Christmas rush.

After looking online at washers and dryers, I decided that this store had what I wanted at the best price. The customer service was great and they had what I wanted to see on display. I did end up getting a different dryer, one I liked better. I also had them delivered and installed within four days.

Best Buy is the ultimate place for the geek in you, and boy am I geek if I had a million dollars I would be broke before I left that place. There are so many awesome things, from bikes to trains to video games..... oh wait, that's toys r us...

Seriously, though, gaming computers, laptops, tablets oh my, cell phones, smart watches, and security camera systems to that new microwave I needed after my daughter thought it was a good idea to put her Samsung tablet in my old one for a minute... well, Best Buy came to the rescue to replace both .... although the tablet is mine now. No more microwaved tablets .. who knew I needed a lock on the microwave for an 11 yr old... who knew... great place.

It was great! The Geek Squad is awesome! Shout out to James, Nate, Nate, Rose running the show! I got a: 3 inch ish type C male to 3.5m female adapter from a man name Shane, rang out by Chuck in Home theater in the back because I am a total tech member and they love total tech members. They got the plug. Don't forget to buy a white monster when you are there! They also almost always have pokemon cards.

I thought I was going to be Dave's problem-child customer today. He's the first person I saw at the registers. I ordered a TV for a college student, and was there to pick it up with my Ford Fusion (would it fit in the trunk?) Then I thought they'd have to rig handles with ropes so 2 smallish girls could carry it up to their dorm. Dave just chuckled. He fit it in, and showed me the box was easy to carry and not all that heavy. Nicest Best Buy employee I ever met.

Connor was my sales representative who helped me buy a new smart tv to get me out of the stone ages.

cedrick hooked my girlfriend and me up with a membership plan and some 10/10 customer service when buying headphones today. super helpful and friendly !

Bought a phone, so far I like it, the young lady who waited on us was very good.

Employee greeted me immediately when I entered the store. Another employee immediately asked me if I needed help. I told her what I was looking for, she took me directly to the product and even looked up specific on 2 different versions to make sure I chose the correct item. Everyone was very friendly and smiling.

You've seemed to have restocked a bunch. That's good because I like to shop locally when ever possible. And your staff was professional and polite. That's important to me

Had A pretty good overall Experience, Buying Every appliance here, I was Givin a huge bundle Deal, saving Thousands. Lots of super modern and high tech appliances Galore. well see how the installation goes in a few days.

My trusty Google pixel 3 finally died and I'm not really good at anything tech related but Brittany was the person who helped me with everything from picking a new phone to getting it set up to even suggesting a place for me to bring my old phone to sell. If I could give 10 out of five stars I would probably the best experience I've ever had with buying a phone!

The sale clerk found what I needed and he rang up my sales .
He was kind friendly . I have never had a problem with any of your staff at any one of your location's.
I like shopping at Best Buy's.
There prices are reasonable. And help is not far from where your stand. I bought many things from Best Buy's stores. Never a problem and iam always happy with my purchase choice.
