Dani was AMAZING! She’s been the associate that’s helped me two days in a row and she’s so kind and has the perfect attitude, energy and personality for Customer Service. She’s the type of Associate that could easily, with the right management, be turned into an all star manager at the right store. As a Retail Director, I’d highly suggest to this company to do what they have to to keep Dani, or else someone will see her potential and snag her to help their company and team succeed. Bravo Dani & Wild Bills!

Super friendly staff and great selection. The manager Dano is always willing to help out in anyway way he can and it is much appreciated. Would definitely recommend you stop in a check them out.

This is one of my favorite Wild Bill's locations. The Manager, Dano, is always friendly and kind while also going out of his way to ensure his customers are well taken care of. I have also had interactions with employees by the names of Joe and Josh, who are equally as respectful and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone for their Wild Bill's needs. If you are looking for great customer service, product knowledge, or a good hearted laugh during your purchase this is the place to go!

Henry, Dano and Josh were able to help me get my coils and my juice fix satisfied, with personal recommendations and their expertise on which product best suits my tank. Dano has a very friendly Environment going on. Every time I go in the store I'm welcome. I appreciate that when Dano told us about are $3.00 off red river Coupon. Dano and Joe we're very helpful when I walked into the store! They did not have what I was looking for but they led me in the direction of a pina colada vape that was pretty comparable! I appreciate that they didn't just tell me "no, we don't have that." With nothing else to say This happens all the time. These two gentlemen gave excellent customer service and went above and beyond to try to help me. They also went out of their way to make conversation. Nice job keep up the great work!

I just want to give a shout out to Dano S at wild Bill's wonderful helping me in the process of my new journey to quit cigarette smoking he was very knowledgeable on all the products. Took his time with me. Hopefully with my new objective I will overcome this. Get off cigarette smoking all together. I got me a new vape and a liquid salt. So please if you need any help with anything they have wonderful deals. I'm very knowledgeable associates work there. My experience has been wonderful. They have very good deals and very knowledgeable people that work there thank you so much for everything I really appreciate it.

I came in looking for a new gift for my father-in-law, and I got helped out tremendously by Donna Joe and Josh. They help set me up with this new advent calendar, an awesome cigar cutter as well as gave me a good tip for what I want for whiskey just a pair with it looking into it I know I’m gonna be coming back and doing something monthly trying to get better score with it and had decided this was the premiere Cigar outlet

I have always been greeted coming into wild bills and I have been buying the Wildhorse brand now for a while now after they were suggested to me instead of L&M. Dano is the usual person working during my visits and is a blast to chat with as well. Good prices and GREAT people. Thumbs Up!!
