CVS

I am over 70 years old and I have gotten many medications in the past. I do a lot of traveling so for convenience I used Walgreens at many locations. All of them were different as to how they processed my scripts. I have an excellent secondary co-pay also. They never wanted to go thru the time to process it for my financial benefit. Many of them just told me that my insurance only paid the certain amount which I new better. 85 percent of the time I had to wait for them to process it correctly. I switched to Meijers. When I picked up my meds, they made me wait for over 20 minutes or come back the next day for my secondary co-pay to be approved. Most of the time I just paid it out of pocket so that I wouldn't have to come back. CVS has their act together! They have been very helpful and professional in making sure it was done to my satisfaction.

Both ladies at the checkout were very friendly and kind! I really appreciate a good customer service person, they are hard to find anymore! Keep up the great job ladies!

The manager of this store looks grumpy but, he’s super nice 👍🏼 Always greets me! The woman that checked me out was super nice and helpful with my coupons!

I came in during the middle of an asthma attack there was no inhalers on the shelf, the pharmacy wouldn’t check for one. Walter at the counter went out of his way to check the back with out me even having to ask the man is a life saver. I would of had to spend unnecessary amounts of money at the er if not for him. Man deserves a raise the 5stars are for Walter over all store it’s self gets 3out of 5 keep it up Walter you a good man!

The staff is always so helpful. I pinch pennies and use coupons and the CVS rewards program and I love this store because the employees are so patient while I work out the best deals.

Nice clean store and the employees are extremely nice and helpful! One of the pharmacy staff came out to help me find bandages. She was golden in the hell she gave me! I was extremely grateful!

I have been using this pharmacy every month for year's and I'm so happy now that Stephanie is the pharmacist! She's so helpful and very quick to get my meds filled. Very happy with her!

Clean store. Well organized to be able to locate your items. Associates from pharmacy, stocking shelves, or check out quickly ask if they can help you locate something. Very knowledgeable about items they carry.

Use the coupons whenever possible!

Just shut lane 2 down if you are unwilling to serve a customer in that lane. “Sir we’ll be with you after we take care of everyone in lane 1 or just come inside” is not acceptable.
By the time I backed up to get in lane one there was another vehicle pulling in. Came inside to pick up the prescription and stated that you should just shut lane 2 down and no one even responded to me— Very irritating.

Cashier got mad at us for not know the card number attached to the phone number we used. Then because she was wearing so much perfume, both my fiancé and I had to use our inhalers because we had asthma attacks. Will not be coming back to this location.

Went in to pick up my mobile pick up order. When i told the cashier I was there to pick up my order she snapped at me what kind of order I was picking up. I looked at her confused and said a mobile pick up order to which she snapped again there are 4 different types of orders that could be. Which I did not know this. Still not knowing what to say I tell her what item I bought. She then grabs a bag without asking my name. She should have been patient, and explained what the different pick ups were as I clearly had no idea.

Everybody, we have delt with in the Pharmacy is rude, mostly the older lady, who we believe is the actual pharmacist , there automated system is garbage, it is set up to reroute a caller until you give up or keep playing the option game, Instead of connecting the individual to the pharmacy. Unfortunately one of the insurances we use has to go through CVS Pharmacy, otherwise we would never go to a cvs again.

Every time I go to pick up prescriptions, there is some sort of problem. Under staffed, long wait, medication not available(have to go to another store to pick up), drive thru only has one lane open, staff complaining in front of customers.
