Great staff, both at Harvey Street in Norton Shores, and their other office in Grandville. I've worked with Missy, Peter and Katy. Excellent customer service. No pressure to buy, always speaking into my needs and budget.

I was extremely nervous to try and figure out how, exactly, insurance works and getting quotes. I worked with Eric Carter and he was absolutely amazing! Answered all my questions thoroughly and just, overall, made it a fantastic experience for me. I highly recommend these guys to anyone interested in their services!!
