Great place to get a Stanley cup!!

Bought a shotgun on sale in early November ‘22. The guy at firearm desk was a previous employee and had been rehired. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped a great deal. His manager was a very nice lady also. I asked her about price protection and she told me all about it. 2 weeks later the gun went on sale for 50$ cheaper. I went in there and she remembered me, and was so glad to help!! I got the 50$ and was out of there in less than five minutes!! I can see they really do care about their jobs there.

Had what I needed and was in and out. I feel bad for the store cause it’s in a bad location

I ordered pair of ski goggles online and they were shipped to me with the security tag still attached. Whoops! I called the corporate support number and they put me in touch with this location. The store manager, Peter, offered to have someone DRIVE to my location (over 2.5 hours away) to remove the security tag. As floored as I was by that offer, Peter offered to send me a new pair so I opted for that. I received the new goggles today and I am very pleased with the product and the customer service. I was completely amazed how far the staff at the Muskegon location were willing to go to help me fix a problem that they did not cause.

We stopped in to look around and found things I hadn't found locally. Great selection, the staff are friendly without being intrusive. We were checked out right away. Good prices. We were able to find assistance right away. One of my new favorites.

I went to this location to purchase some North Face gloves that were on sale, but they were not ringing up for the discount in store. Due to not having data with my phone plan in the States I wasn't able to easily pull it up to show them, but the clerk applied the discount on good faith and I left absolutely satisfied. Absolutely stellar customer service.

A nice sporting goods store. Slightly on the small side but has most.everything you'd need. Everyone there is super friendly and willing to help. This location is very nice to shop at comparable to the Grand Rapids location when it comes to the amount of people. Will probably go down with the lakes mall someday when it closes

I bought a hunting bibs for my husband online during blackfriday sale this year, well i ordered the wrong size so my husband and I went to the store on friday the 24th, and asked if they had one size bigger and they where out. So a very nice lady went above and beyond to get us the size we needed. Very nice customer service and I know they where tired from working on that day. Thank you for your hard work and dedication.

I was impressed the last time I went in to look at golf drivers. Even though I made it obvious I wasn't necessarily going to buy anything that day, Simon still took a few minutes out of his day to offer some tips on how to correct my slice. I took his suggestions and gave them a try - it has completely changed and improved my game. I ended up going back again another day and buying a new TaylorMade Burner 2.0 driver. Very pleased with the product and service at Dick's.

I went looking for a pair of walking shoes. I was helped by Will the salesman in the shoe department and he was a great help. Very knowledgeable about shoe sizing and product.

I went in with a long time friend who was shopping for his wife (also a long time friend). My buddy was looking for a new workout outfit for her and we were both clueless. I found Brittany who was as professional as she was easy on the eyes :) I was very impressed with her knowledge of the products and the fact that she could speak about the products from experience as a fitness instructor.

She went above and beyond by helping two clueless guys put together an impressive outfit for my friend. I hope this review makes it to the Management at Dick's Sporting Goods. Brittany deserves a raise!

Great prices on sports gear. Got both my girls ⚽ cleats, socks and shin guards and spent under $100.

Customer service was great. I was able the easily exchange an item for another size and they shipped it to my house.
