First visit today 2/8/2024. First impression as follows: I first noticed the very clean and comfortable waiting area before I was greeted by the nicest receptionist ever. I was instantly put at ease by her friendly, upbeat demeanor and warm friendly smile. After a very short wait, (literally 2 minutes) I was taken back to meet the Audiologist, Jenny, who was equally friendly and easy to communicate with. Without getting into personal details, I'll just say that the experience was beyond excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful to list a few of the positive aspects of my visit with the Audiologist. For the first time in over a year I finally feel like there may be hope for a better quality of life. No Joke. I truly feel blessed to have found the folks at Lifetime Hearing. I highly recommend them for your hearing needs.👍👂

Hearing aids are a device that you love to hate. A person loves it when they function, but hates to pay for.. My father used to say
"for a little more dough you get better bread" Same with hearing aids. Painful as the good ones are to purchase. They outshine the discount models. I believe, if you need aids, why not purchase them from people that have first hand knowledge of what you are going through...people that use the products that they sell and service. My first pair of hearing aids were prescribed by Jenny twenty years ago when she worked for an ENT. Long story short she now owns her own business "Lifetime Hearing". She has years of experience in the hearing care business. Along with experience, you get friendly caring people that get you quality hearing devices that are properly adjusted and repaired in a timely manner. All staff are friendly, professional, and helpful, I am astounded how wonderful sound sounds with my new hearing aids. Twice I've had to bring one hearing aid back for "repair" because my cat chewed the filiments, and the staff fixed them up. I now have an extra case for them.

I went to Dr. Jenny for tinnitus. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She gave me a hearing test that confirmed I had a hearing loss. Dr. Jenny said hearing aids would help the problem of hearing loss and tinnitus. The hearing aids Dr. Jenny prescribed had ocean sounds to counteract the tinnitus. I was so happy for the problem to subside. Anyone with this problem knows how bad it gets. Thank you again Lifetime Hearing Services for all your help.

Dr Jenny and Ms Gwen are an awesome team of professionals delivering exceptional audiology services. I received leading-edge technology with excellent training and most of it was covered by insurance. So glad to have found this team and I look forward to working with them for many years to come!

Dr. Lesley Kirby and her amazing staff, Wendy, Reagan, and Kim, besides being an excellent doctor and techs, have gone beyond just helping their own patients. They recently sponsored a huge concert starring the award winning artist, David Phelps. Lesley offered behind the scenes videos and interviewed many of the participants to share this whole experience with those attending. The proceeds of this concert will all go to help 6 local charities. This is going way beyond their normal work load and it was certainly a heart calling for them all. Thank you Dr. Kirby and your staff for donating so much of your after hours time and energy to making this a success and helping so many charities that have felt the consequences of the times our country is experiencing.

Jenny goes out her way to make sure that you all those sounds and voices that you thought were gone forever. She is extremely knowledgeable and understanding.l would highly recommend this young woman to one and all
