We are so thankful to Ashley @ the Marysville store. You see my child's father passed away and had bought my son's phone. We were told I could not save the pictures or the games on his phone when changing over to my Metro plan. Ashley went over and above to transfer everything she could. Ashley we are so thankful for you. My sons transition to getting a new phone with being able to keep games he played with his dad and pictures and memories of everything, it is truly priceless! I received such excellent customer service by Kassidy at this location, that I had to post a review and share with everyone. I normally make a point to visit this Marysville location, despite it being a little out of my way, because I always receive better service and more one-on-one attention here than at 10th street or 24th street. But Kassidy surpassed my expectations! Despite being the only one working that day, and dealing with a steady stream of customers, she resolved my issue quickly and affordably, and was pleasant the entire time. I will definitely make a point to visit this location and ask for her specifically the next time I need assistance.
