Desert Sands Aesthetics and Laser

I originally came to Desert Sands on a special. I have Rosacea which in severe cases like mine requires regular IPL treatment. I fell so in love with Tiffany and her work. She is truly a master esthetician and a master with the laser. Some time has past and I decided to ask her about my prominent and bothersome under eye veins. After talkng to Dr. Evans we treated them. And Boy… I cannot even come close to expressing how thrilled I was with the results. Two sessions later and I look like a completely different person. I cannot ever thank this team enough for all they have done. Dr. Evans is just the nicest man alive and Tiffany (and Julia!) are just the most amazing estheticians that will never steer you wrong. Highly recommended and a customer for life! 🧡

Desert Sands aesthetics is the best med spa in St. George in my opinion. Shannon is so good at what she does. You never look over done, just improved. Her skill and technique is top notch. She has done my lips, botox and PDO threads under my eyes. She’s also just super fun to talk to. I would highly recommend them.

Loved my experience with Desert Sands. Shannon did an enhancement service which turned out so natural and beautiful. She was careful with placement, thorough in the consultation and filled me along the process as we went about the service! I feel honored every time I see her, because she has so much integrity. Michon, you’ve helped change my life in a wonderful direction. You have excellent listening skills, and even when it was hard to hear some of the things I had to say, you were always there for me. Desert, Sounds, Ketamine, is not just a place to get IVs from. It’s the people that run this facility and everyone that works there that makes this place such a beautiful journey.

I love Desert Sands! Kenzie as a front desk staff is so helpful and welcoming, and as an esthetician she is so knowledgeable about products and treatments. Tiffany is a master with lasers and always cares about your concerns and is so great with sharing her knowledge. Shannon is the most competent and caring RN I have ever seen, she gives a great thorough consultation and actually listens to what your goals are. She has a steady, experienced hand in everything she does, I’ve loved my lip filler specifically. All the staff is so friendly to be around, I love going to Desert Sands and can’t recommend them enough. When I walk in, I feel like I’m at home, which is hard to do in a medical clinic but they do it!

AMAZING!!! So pleased with the treatments (Dysport and facial), results and professionalism at Desert Sands and cannot wait to go back for my next treatment (Voluma). Shannon is an artist and so skilled. She is careful not to overdo and takes time to explain the procedures in detail. Tiffany is also extremely knowledgeable and an incredible Master Esthetician. My facial was fabulous and so relaxing. Tiffany also took her time to evaluate my skin and explained in detail how to care for my skin. The front desk staff are so welcoming and the facility is beautiful.

Best experience I’ve had with Botox. I tried it years ago but didn’t like my results. Shannon did a fantastic job answering all my questions and concerns with Botox and walking me through the process. She really knows her stuff, I am so happy with my results. I also really appreciated that she followed up with me to check on how it was going and she took the time to do a follow up consult also. The atmosphere at the clinic is clean, professional and so calming. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family!

The simplest way to put this is DESERT SANDS AETHETICS IS AMAZING … Dr. Evan, Shannon, Tiffany and the rest of the staff are some of the kindest most knowledge people I know. I feel like I can ask them anything and I go away with a complete answer and no questions in my mind. Every single person in this office, from front desk to the doctor, are amazing! They’re all very thorough, kind, patient and take the time to make sure you’re well taken care of. They go way beyond what’s needed to make sure you’re fully taken care of and happy. A great clinic doesn’t do then justice.
