Very nice, beautiful store. It smelled really good and was very well organized. The staff was nice and didn’t stalk all the time. We found some nice objects for decorating. The price is medium to high. I hope the quality is the same.
The parking is a little difficult on the street almost always full.

I have been in and out of the show room a few times while we decided on two purchases. The staff suggested that we order our items through the store, vs. online. Then if we were to have any issues with our order we could call a real human at the store and not the 800 number for customer service. I'm glad we followed their advice!

The Haven Swivel chairs we purchased are amazing. The staff recommended the performance velvet and I'm glad we went with their suggestion - I never would have picked that type of fabric on my own. It is holding up to kids and cat well so far! I'm grateful for the designers in the store.

The Table we purchased was less perfect. :/ We needed a small table and while the dimensions were great (as was the durability, color, etc), the legs of the table were such that we couldn't fit 2 chairs on the long side and we needed one short side of the table to sit against a wall (small space!). After living with it for 5 weeks I called the store and asked if we could return it. We loved the table but the chair issue wasn't practical. The manager was very nice and even though we were out of the 30-day return window, they agreed to make the exchange for store credit - an easy yes for us and something they didn't have to do. I doubt that the 800 number for an online purchase would have been able to have that latitude in making the exception.

I'm grateful for the design staff, manager, and the showroom so I can check-out finishes and furniture in person. Thanks so much!

Didn’t have what I was wanting to check out from their website but the staff was really friendly and did their best to help me locate similar chairs. I’ll be going back as new items pop up.

My wife and I would recommend anyone looking for a new couch work with Jake at the Bellevue store. He was the only honest sales person we worked with including Pottery Barn an Create and Barrel. We wanted a somewhat white couch but that was not going to work with our personal situation (Kids and hosting parties regularly) which Jake pointed out immediately after getting to know us.

Jake pulled together about 7 other options that would work with the lighting in our living room. We grabbed a fabric that he had not sold many couches in - he said he didn't know much about that fabric and pulled in additional help. He explained how easy it would be to lift stains based off the materials in the fabric.

Our experience at West Elm was top notch thanks to Jake. Go have a chat with him if you want to have a great purchasing experience. This review is only on the experience we had with Jake - I will review the couch after it is delivered in the coming months.

We went into buy lights for our kitchen and dining room, and while we were there, we noticed one of the walls was painted in a color we really liked. We asked an associate if she knew what color and which distributor they'd used for that wall. She didn't, but said the head designer for the store would know. She took my name and number and said she'd have them call me. I didn't think they'd actually follow up, but two days later I got a phone call from the head designer with the information! I think it says a lot about a company when they help you with something that doesn't necessarily add to their profit.

I bought Andes bed from west elm in Bellevue location and was delivered mid October as scheduled at the time. Bed looks beautiful and I can’t be happier with my purchase. The delivery was seamless as well. FG

Paige at the Bellevue store provided cheerful, great customer service -- and over the telephone! We wanted a particular pillow which was listed as "not available" on the website. Paige not only checked her sale table and back stock (came up empty), but tracked one down in Reno for us and made the connection to sales people there. Once we telephoned Reno, Alivia also provided great service. What a pleasure. We love West Elm.

It is dangerous for me to enter this store. Always some kind of sales going on on great quality furniture and decor. The friendly staff is ready to help you design the perfect space from little projects up to filling your home.

The staff was very helpful. In 30 mins we were asked if we needed any assistance by 3 different employees. The furniture is great and there are nice sales.

Everyone was very helpful. Kate walked us through the different couch types and fabrics and made some recommendations for fabrics based on us having a new puppy (who she was happy to play with!).

Fantastic experience working with Derrick. He listened to our concerns and helped us find a solution. Will be going back to this specific location due to the amazing customer service.

My new fav for anything house related, if you haven't checked it out, do! (They often have sales so if you like an item and it's a little out of your price range, keep an eye out, it might get discounted!)
