Unbelievably great experience! I am a full time traveler in a camper with 2 pound puppies. I was at the end of the flea/tick/heartworm meds and needed to re-up. I made an appointment for the next week. I received a text from them to confirm and to send in any medical records I had. Great. The lobby was closed ( I assume for remodel) when I made the appointment. They asked that I stay in the car and call when I arrived.
When I got there they brought out some paper work, I called when completed and they asked me what I was looking to do and how the dogs were feeling /acting. I let them know all the details including one of my dog being dog reactive. They then came out and brought them in. After, the vet called me and went over everything. (Also exclaiming how sweet and well mannered they were) That made me feel very good. 😂 I paid, they brought out the prescriptions and that was it.
Very professional and thorough. Wish I was staying in town.

Dr. Zach & the rest of the staff took such good care of our cats at their recent visit. They do a great job!
