Farmers Insurance - Scott Henstein

I have been a customer of Farmers for a little over a year and have had a very positive experience in working with Scott. He is responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Recently we filed a hail claim and Scott has been extremely helpful in guiding us through the process. There was a mix-up with our coverage, and even though Scott was not responsible for the error, he worked persistently to get the issue resolved quickly for us. I couldn’t be happier with the service that Scott has provided us.
