Mi Tierra Taqueria Food Truck

By far, thee best al pastor I’ve had in the twin cities. I cannot find another spot like it. My husband and I will drive 30 minutes just to come have some tacos together. Highly recommend!!

I stopped by this food truck on a Saturday evening. Was not busy, and despite the location of the food truck, I felt safe and was able to wait in my car for the food. The food was made to order and took less than 15 min to be ready. They will let you know when the food is ready. This was one of the most authentic Mexican food I have ever tried! I got the Quesabirria (comes as 2) and one taco. The meat and flavors in both meals were so delicious. Ive been craving them both and will probably stop by again when I am in the area next. Just a side note, the Quesabirria were very spicy (but still delicious and appetizing), so just a fair warning to those who are sensitive :) Also, there are not very many vegetarian options if you are looking for that.

These are some good tacos! The grilled onions, grilled peppers smells amazing. The hot sauce is a little different than what I’ve had from other taco places, I think it’s much better. This is my new favorite spot 👍🏻

I had the Al Pastor Torta and it was amazing! An awesome balance of heat and sweetness. I had to run it back and try the Barbacoa Torta, and it was equally awesome. If you like Mexican food, give this place a shot. You won’t be disappointed!!!

A coworker found this place on door dash and praised it greatly so I gave it a shot. It's absolutely amazing! The pastor wasn't to my preference but other enjoyed it! The chicken is my favorite but dang the quesabirria is great too! Highly recommend!

I've gotten their Mirranbirria tacos and burrito. The tacos were delicious and the consome was fantastic. I always like to add extra lime to my consome, which they automatically include with your order. The noodles weren't mushy and tasted great with the broth.

The burrito was delicious and well-balanced. I asked for their meat recommendation and they gave me the al pastor. It was super flavorful and the flavor reminded me of chorizo. The only thing I would change is adding a little more pico de gallo into the burrito, but I'll just ask for that next time.

The location is very convenient. I can grab some gas and my favorite drink at the gas station while they make my lunch. Definitely recommend a visit.

I stopped to get gas at the BP on my way home. I saw the food truck in front of me while filling up, and I'm so glad I walked over to take a closer look. My wife and I both enjoy Mexican food, and Mi Tierra Taqueria Food Truck has authentic and tasty food. I bought six tacos total: two lengua (beef tongue), two pastor (marinated pork), and two pollo (chicken). Both the tacos and the hot sauces were flavorful and satisfying. I'll definitely stop by this place again if I'm in the area. Thanks for making us an amazing dinner!

Some of the best Mexican food in the south metro! I ordered the burrito, and it did not disappoint. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors blended well, and it was ready in under 5 minutes. If you like spice, their hotter sauce is one of the best I've had. There is also a fee for using a credit card, so use cash if possible. I'd gladly return to try their other options.

Fantastic burritos! Best of the half dozen places I've tried in the Twin Cities. I've had the chicken and veggie burrito multiple times, and each component (beans, rice, pico, chicken, and the tortilla) offers great flavors. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

been here more than once, each time has been so great, amazing flavor, great service and fast. I really recommend, i don’t even really like vegetables, but i’ll eat everything here.

Amazing taco truck. One of the best. The al pastor actually has the chunks of pineapple in it. So good!!! All ingredients look fresh and have good color. Also they put reddish, jalapeño, and grilled onion with it. Cilantro sauce is a good change. I'm very happy! Not from around here but will make it a point to come see them when I'm in the area. The lady was very nice too. 👌 😀

So I stumbled onto this food truck this weekend thanks to the Upside app getting me a great deal on gas (where this truck is parked). I ordered the birria tavos & some elote, not expecting much but holy cow was the food fantastic. We loved it so much that we came back after errands to get take out. I thought I would never find another place I could love birria at other than Wet Taco Mn but I gotta say this is as good as and easier to get. I think it's time for take out again!

First time today. Delicious food and the portion size was generous.

This food is awesome!! Highly recommend. Ive had the carnitas and carne asada tacos both had great flavor. My absolute favorite so far is the burrito! It was perfect! It also comes with a pepper and some onions grilled onions, which is, *chef's kiss*

Wow!!! Just wow!!! The quesabirria tacos were so good, I couldn’t even stop to try to take a picture! The tortilla was the perfect amount of crunchiness. And the consume, so good! My fiancé had the torta and taco and demolished them. I would highly recommend this food truck! Amazing Mexican food, especially for Minnesota. I’m impressed!
