The crew (cashier, gentleman at the pick up line et al) at the Terminal C location (after security check) all did a fantastic job today. The gentleman at the pick-up spot clearly helped to ease stress and eliminate chaos that I experienced last time when purchasing here last time. Good job resolving the logistic issues.

I was reading these reviews and it kinda shocked me because I had a really good experience hence why I wanted to leave a review! I just got coffee there and they were all so nice and all treated me really well. I noticed people in front of me being rude to them and they held their composure ... Super professional and really nice overall thanks for the coffee and recommending that I should gear up my scone. It was amazing warm! 😊

No issues for me but I also just ordered a drip coffee. A lot of people standing around waiting who likely have a different opinion.
This store has a huge demand probably should be 2x the size.

This SB is located immediately to the left of EWR terminal 3 TSA security. I found the staff to be polite despite some unruly and impatient customers and frustrated travelers.

We got the seasonal drinks for winter and they were executed at around the same quality as other normal Starbucks. Expect the prices to be higher but remember that it’s fair because you are buying coffee on the airside of the airport.

This place is good and always get my coffee when returning home here. My only suggestion would be to open earlier for people taking early flights 😟
