Harbor Freight Tools

You will not find the best quality of anything here... You will find mostly cost effective stuff than mostly gets the job done.
I'm particularly fond of buying disposable gloves here, although the price has gone up substantially since the pandemic.

This particularly location seems quite well kept and there's great parking.

Harbor Freight is my go to store for tools. I've been a Diy'er all my life and I think their tools are perfect for me. Good tools at affordable prices. I love their coupons also.

No words other than phenomenal work! Logan the Supervisor if I remember his name correctly was very patient with me and certainly went above and beyond to ensure I left Harbor Freight with a smile!

Inexpensive tools store. Building and maintenance tools, everywhere. The trick is finding things. I suggest first looking things up on their web page and using category references from the item page to locate it in the store.. you can always ask an employee. Peter was very helpful in locating some Allen wrench products.

Well stocked, quick check out and easy parking. Found some tarps quickly that will help keep the weather off of things for the next 3 months. Great selection of adhesives, hardware kits, gloves and special tools. Pleasant and efficient check out. It can be super busy on the weekend but not as much on a week night.

I bought a greenhouse and the roof caved in. Called mentioned I had the warranty. Steve took my call and was absolutely a delight to work with. He explained what I needed to do and told me to come as soon as I could. Everyone at the store was fabulous!!! So helpful and made sure I have what I need. Also gave me direct numbers to call if I was missing anything! Thank you one of the best experiences I’ve had with any store!!!

The Amherst store is huge. They have just about anything you would need for tools.
I just bought a gas powered post hole auger. Can't wait to try it out!

Walked in and was immediately greeted and shown where the items I was looking for were in and out in 10 minutes. Great customer service. Other places should come over and see how it's done

Gotta love harbor freight stores. Especially when you only need a tool to use 1 time or on one job.. Got what you need in a pinch. From a engine to around the home & beyond.. Even a cheap machete if needed. Yuh never know..

One of my favorite places to go shop. Most of the staff is very kind and extremely helpful. Prices are very affordable and almost all the tools I buy here last a very long time.

We bought a generator, quick and easy. They have a cart that can go up and down, so it's the right height to slide the heavy generator into your jeep!

The best place for chinesium tools. Used to be better with free coupons would go once a week to get my free item now it's once or twice a year

Just wanted to say a bunch of nice things about Sandy and the store in general. The other day there was a miscommunication - I had called earlier in the day for an item to be held, telling the employee that I'd be by just before closing. This employee hadn't communicated that when he went off shift and the store sold my item (the last one in stock for many miles around) just minutes before my 6:45pm arrival (I had driven close to an hour to reach that store). I wasn't upset, my life is bigger than one item. But the reaction of your employees was critical. Had they been apathetic I would never have come back. Yet Sandy's response was exceptional. Simply I knew that she cared and that she would do anything and everything possible to make it right. I was a person to her, not an inconvenience, and it showed. So yes, Harbor Freight mucked up; this happens sometimes. But Sandy's reaction made me a customer for life. She blessed me that day. Thank you for a great experience Sandy!

Amazingly helpful above and beyond staff.

So well organized in Nashua and the parking lot feels so much safer than the one in Manchester. I think it's the evergreen trees that block the wind and prevent people from wandering in from the car dealerships and gas stations and such nearby.

The Amherst store is well worth the extra travel from Derry for me. Very helpful employees and the manager actually set my items aside until I could get there. I did not have good interactions with the manager at the Manchester store. He needs education on customer service.
