We purchased a pool package from this store. The staff was super friendly and our salesman Jim was very knowledgeable. When we got the pool home we realized we were missing a part. Went back to the store and with no issues at all we left with the missing part. We purchased 4 starlight water jets for our new pool only to find out after installing all of them that 3 out of the 4 were broken. Clearly a manufacturer defect. We thought oh boy this is going to be a fight. When we brought the defective ones back Jim looked at them and said those are definitely defective. He gave us 3 new ones just like that. This store is great!!! The people are down to earth, polite, caring people. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company. We love our new pool!

There are so many great things to review, I don't know where to start! We've ordered everything from patio furniture to game equipment, and only service our pool through Seasonal. They have a great selection of high quality items, and delivery was fast and professional. We also LOVE the pool department. We hired them for the first time this year to open our pool (previously we'd only go there for chemicals) and it is beautiful and swimmable in less than a week! Everyone at Seasonal is professional, very knowledgeable, and super friendly! We are customers for life!

Worked with “Jeremy “ regarding pump motor. He recommended a new pump after a through inspection. He took the time to show me parts that have failed. We discussed the best time to replace and how it will be done.
Hopefully this spring the rebate for pool pumps will be available. Because I want to be first in line. Thanks Jeremy for your guidance in this matter.

We have worked with these guys for the past 4 years to open, maintain and close our pool. They do a great job and are punctual. This year we had a slight hiccup opening the pool but they handled it well and we enjoyed a great summer!

Seasonal Specialties summer maintenance program performed admirably for me this past summer. Biweekly pool cleaning and also a salt generator conversion made during the summer made the pool much easier to enjoy. I highly recommend the service and plan to sign up again next summer.
