Fantasy customer service answered all my questions with my purchases. They have moved location from tgif side over to longhorn side. The complete opposite side of complex. They down side store size but still has wide selection of game used and new.

Store Leader David was very helpful and knowledgeable while I was trying to make a decision on a gaming system. He showed up early to open the store in a blizzard and was the only employee in the store. Great work ethic and super nice guy.

The employees here are amazing (especially Sam, Cam and Kevin <3) don't let anyone tell you otherwise, they actually care about what you are interested in. Biggest Gamestop along the east coast and the most organized. Go visit and game your heart out!

My favorite location! The staff here is always helpful and friendly. I have been to almost every Gamestop in a 30 mile radius and this is the one I always return to.
Just picked up my newest pre-ordered game for my boys.

Walked in to grab a new PS4 controller because my old one suddenly cracked. Shane was super helpful and helped me layout some of the price differences and what I would like best. He was also super talkative and willing to just be kind. I had a great experience

I really appreciate the assistance I was given by a few associates while I got a switch for my husband's birthday. I'm not a gamer and I have no idea what I needed but these guys helped me figure out what I needed and why I needed it. They were also very patient while I couldn't decide between two colors of something lol I look forward to coming here again for the next holiday!

The employees are very friendly, courteous and go above and beyond. They also do a great job with keeping things sanitary and in a time where that's crucial it's just adds that but of icing on the cake.

Store is clean and organized. Went here recently to trade in a ps4 for a pre-owned 1TB xbox one s for my son. The trade in was quick and the employees were friendly and traded everything in with no issues. Although, after coming home plugging in the system and starting it up we discovered that we had gotten a 500gb xbox instead of a 1 TB xbox. This was a bit frustrating for us seeing as we paid an additional $75, the box was labeled as a 1TB and the receipt reflected the same as well. It was pretty clear that there was a mixup when the console was packaged for resale. I called the next morning and spoke with the store manager. She was friendly and apologetic. Took down my information and called me back quickly with a solution. That is a just good customer service. Even though there was a mix up and we didn't initially get what we wanted the problem was rectified shortly after talking to her.

The guy working was very helpful. I really appreciate him taking his time showing me and explaining some of the new products. Will definitely be going back to this store while I'm here New Hampshire.

Really well stocked with games and cool merchandise. They carry clothes, pop! figurines, novelty socks, bags, and all sorts of toys along with the usual electronics you'd expect. Great place to just go in and walk around and see what jumps out at you to buy.

In all my time of going to that particular store location,I myself have had nothing but good experiences and the staff were exceptional at helping me with any and all my questions about any deals to be had or just simply a question about the newest games out and whether they thought it was good or not so for the employees of the 101A Amherst store they definitely deserve 5 gold stars in my book......

Best Gamestop ever!! The personalized service here is amazing. I live in Nashua only about 5 miles from some other gamestop locations but I travel to this one because of the wonderful associates who work here. They always answer all my questions and never give me any snarky attitude. I highly recommend them.

The didn't ask me about my sell phone, didn't tack on any power up rewards, didnt badger me about pre orders. Just how a video game store should be. Camelot331 would approve.

I generally haven't had good experiences in the gamestop franchises. Kids here were helpful, funny and made this a great place to pick up a quick game and used controller.

This is a fairly large one compared to be there. Nice and polite staff. Willing to help with most needs and /or issues.
